I've been seeing both Dr Murthys for six years now. They are always very attentive and never rush me out of their offices to see other patients. Although both of them are very busy, they always make me feel like I am their only patient. A few times they have actually called me in the middle of the night just to check up on me. That is unheard of today.

I'm a patient of Dr. Murthy and I was impressed from the moment we said hello. She takes the time to listen to you and takes the time to explain to you everything she wants you to do to accomplish a better way of living a healthy life style. Her office staff is very nice and very professional. The relationship as woman that she gives you is amazing and I recommend her highly.

I tried coming in for a hormonal test and an Alcat testing. I spoke to Janet and she called my insurance, but even though my insurance said they would pay the total of the hormonal test and would also pay for the 100 food allergies, they said that I would have to pay up front. I also spoke to Cathy in billing but she wasn't very helpful. I asked if she wanted my insurance could send them a letter stating that they would pay, but she said no that I would still have to pay up front. Not very helpful. Very dissatisfied. I will go elsewhere for both tests. My insurance is GEHA and again, they said yes, that they would pay.
