Harvey Simovitch's Online Review Report Card

Shout out to the girls at the check out desk for their patience and willingness to support the patient and their families. My son was Dr. Simovitch patient but he recently retired so we are now happily seing whoever is available. Everyone is extremely patient, friendly and professional. Thanks for the good care and good attitude it’s greatly appreciated.

I love Dr. Simovitch, as well as other doctors there that I have had the pleasure dealing with. I think he is a great doctor and would recommend anyone and everyone to him. He is very patient, informative, and helpful. The girls in the front are super nice (except one, but she is very helpful, she just has a tough attitude, but softens up the longer you are on the phone with her) and have always given me appointments same day. I love this group of doctors! Thank you Pediatric Professional Associates, you are AWESOME!!! Keep up the GREAT work you do with our kids!

This is the first time I see this doctor since our doctor was out of town. My daughter has had a ear infection for the past 6 month and she started having discharge from her ear and a lot of pain. I called a specialist office but the next appointment was for a week later which I couldn’t wait with my 2 year old in pain. I called her doctors office and they offered me to go see the doctor that was available to get a referral and be seen at the specialist sooner. That’s exactly what I did seeing this doctor for the first time he gave me a prescription for antibiotics and a referral to the otolaryngology of his choice. While in the front desk the ladies were attempting to get me an appointment as soon as possible, but the other office we’re giving her a hard time so while she was on the phone I was able to get an appointment to my specialist of choice but they required a referral from the doctor, I went on to ask the nurse to get me a new referral for the doctor which I was able to get an appointment for the same day and again it’s the doctor I wanted to see. While I was on the phone with the specialist office the lady was also trying to get me the appointment and she was also successful but now I had 2 appointments except one was actually the doctor of my choice since the doctors office was giving the lady a hard time to get my daughter seen I felt discouraged by that office and choose to contact the office of my choice. The nurse went to ask the doctor to write me the referral that I needed and that’s when The doctor stated I have wasted a lot of his time. His words were you’ve taken up a lot of my time I have 5 rooms with sick patients. When I paraphrased what he said then he said yes that’s what I said, and went on angry to tell the front desk girls to write out the referral for me and he just signed it. He then came back and commented to the girls did you do it yet! The lady in the front said; yes doctor it’s ok I am taking care of it.He went on again to say how he has 5 rooms with 5 sick patients and that’s when I had to stop him. I told him I waited my turn as well for my daughter to be seen, he replied by saying he saw my daughter who is not even his patient and gave me 3 pages of her records to take to the referred doctor and no other doctor would do that! As if he did me a favor. I told him I would report him and he started telling the girls you girls are my witness all of this in front of my 2 year old and the whole office staff, I was so embarrassed this man was so rude and angry to work with children! I went on to request my records of course to leave the office. Camelia Fernandez

Excellent doctor, he has seen my children from birth until they turned 18+. They both love him and respect him deeply. He's not only extremely knowledgeable but he's very caring as well. Highly, highly recommended.

I LOVE this office, staff and the Dr. They are always willing to answer any and all questions. We always were able to been seen quickly when my kids were sick. And Dr. Simovitch always would listen patiently to everything a crazy first time parent like me would have to have to say and ask. Thank you Pediatric Professional Associates!! You all do a great job!
