El hospital muy limpio y lindo la atención desde que entré por la sala de emergencias fue excelente las enfermas tanto de la sala como el de preparación para operación fue maravillosa nunca me sentí desatendida en cualquier momento y hora que tuve necesidad de llamar para cualquier necesidad siempre estuvieron al pendiente de lo que necesitaba los médicos todos muy jóvenes pero muy profesionales con un excelente trato cuantas veces pregunté sobre mi condición me explicaron hasta que yo comprendiera el anestesista no recuerdo el nombre me explico el proceso con mucha paciencia y logró hacerme sonreír en mi peor momentoAyuda muchísimo que cuando se está enfermo y se tiene que pasar por una operación todas las personas que atienden sean tan profesionales amables y dispuestas hacen que el proceso sea más llevadero y el paciente se sienta protegido y comprendido.Después del alta del hospital llamaron a la casa para saber como seguía y que necesitaba lo considero un detalle muy hermoso y humano.Muchas gracias al Hospital MERCYPor tan buena atención y trato recomiendo este Hospital a todo aquel que quiera sentirse como yo.Me estoy recuperando satisfactoriamente

I just completed 30 days of radiation therapy at the Mercy radiation oncology center.From the first phone call with Maria followed by my first visit with Dr Hall it was truly the most worry free procedure that one could ever wish for under the circumstances.My interactions with the staff from Maria at the front desk to ALL of the technicians nurses and other medical staff I knew I was in the best of hands throughout the entire 30 days of the procedure.The circumstances and atmosphere created by the staff made it not only comfortable and stess free but I really began to look forward with my time there with the staff.Kudos to Mercy hospital and the radiation oncology center for putting together the most competent professional and efficient staff but also a group of real people who made me feel comfortable and welcoming from day one.What a wonderful group of professionals what a heart warming group of individualsIts much more than one going through such a difficult procedure to know that I had these people in my corner and taking the ultimate care of me.I cant thank each and every one of them enough for being there for me and getting me through this procedure with confidence that all had that could possibly be done for me that could have been done for me but I walked away with a smile on my face and a warmth in my heart due to the tremendous staff at the radiation oncology center.They are truly the BESTWilliam I Wentz.

Hace unos días di a luz a mi bebé en este maravilloso hospital gracias al gran trabajo del mejor ginecólogo Dr Carlos A. Rodriguez Ortiz. EL MEJOR ....Todas las enfermeras maravillosas pero quería destacar la profesionalidad el carisma el buen trato y los deseos de trabajar de la ENFERMERA YANIRIS excelente profesional la mejor Me sentí reina en todo momento y fue gracias a estos maravillosos profesionales. Bendiciones para ellos y este Hospital. 1000% recomendado y complacida.

I recently had surgery and I had never been to Mercy Hospital but I had an incredible first experience. The staff members were very kind and considerate. I was told to get there at 530am but wasn’t brought in to my surgery until 1100am regardless of the wait time the manager Enrique Gorgal and my nurse Precynda Tucker always updated me and constantly checked on me and my mother in case we needed anything. Once I was brought into surgery I was with a nurse who held my hand until I was under sedation and I feel terrible that I never got her name but she was so kind and brought me peace in a scary situation. Dr. Estape is an incredible physician he saw me first thing in the morning spoke to me after my surgery updated my family in person and answered all her questions with ease. Post operatively I had Rose Sia as my nurse and she was very considerate and patient with me until I was ready to go. Overall I couldn’t have had a better team working to care for me. I will forever be grateful for their care.

This is the worse hospital I have ever been to The level of care I experienced was a disaster. I waited 5 hours in an empty ER to be seen by a doctor. When the doctor did end up coming to see me he completely dismissed all my symptoms. The doctor was not licensed to write medication in the state of Florida. I asked to speak to the person in charge of the ER. After waiting another hour he came and apologized. Never go to this hospital After I basically walked out I went to another hospital where I was then admitted for 3 days.

It’s very frustrating doing blood work at Mercy. The system they have is not very organized. You have to register with all other patients have a surgical procedure. The waiting time is long you can’t make an appointment or pre register. Then when you finally get to the lab you have to mr el wait till someone is available to draw your blood. Please come up with a better system. For parents and people that have jobs it’s very frustrating

The best experience I had my baby in the hands of professionals and the attention of the entire medical team nurses girls from everyones services was exceptional I am very grateful to everyone ..Thanks you .

My experience at Mercy hospital was Amazing. DR. Silverman changed my life. The whole staff and all the nurses were awesome and took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable my entire stay. Everything went smoothly as planned. I am currently recovery very well and everyday one step closer to a new and better life of quality all thanks to them. Thank you all at Mercy Hospital
