Terrible mexican American doctor, he did no studied in USA he didi it in mexico. Very racist as usually as mexicas do against his own race. Be aware he and his aunt trini rodriguez de ortega they use to do black magic and in mexico Trini rodriguez did very bad things to hurt a lot of people people including her own husband enrique ortega

I was very disappointed, he was rude, disrespectful I felt like he was mocking me and disregarding my feelings and symptoms. He acts more like a politician than a doctor to make this shorter I don’t lwould never go back to him and wouldn’t recommend him to anybody.

To say the very least, I had a horrible experience with Dr. Rodriguez! This guy is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and condescending. He was unbearable! From the minute he walked in the room he seemed to be apathetic of my existence. He started off by asking me a question about my symptoms and I answered his question- to my surprise, he started to mock me and started saying that it was the wrong answer. I was completely taken aback. It just got worse and became more and more unpleasant- he was so rude! I tried to have a conversation with him, but when I did, he started ranting about his political views and talking about how wealthy he was. He said that most of his regular patients are losers and they were useless to society. When talking about his Hispanic heritage he started talking about how Mexicans should be deported to Mexico. This guy is so unprofessional and is clearly an uncompassionate human being. He had no class and was extremely arrogant. I should have walked out half way through! To makes things even worse, he acted like he was doing me a favor checking me up. When I asked him any questions- he would reply rudely and give me no answers. After doing multiple expensive tests (for my itchy throat), he said he didn’t know what was going on and that he was going to prescribe me a million expensive medicines hoping that one of them might be the answer. This made zero sense- how would he know what the cause was if he was giving me medicine to treat a million different possible causes? It was pretty clear to me he didn’t care or was completely incompetent. He was completely useless! It was a complete waste of my time. This guy shouldn’t be able to practice medicine- he is not fit to be a doctor let alone interact with a human being. I will never go to ENT Associates again because of this guy. What a nightmare! Completely unacceptable! As patients we deserve better. We don’t need to be treated with indecency and disrespect. Especially, when we’ve done nothing to deserve such treatment. Medical professionals should care about the well-being of their patients, not antagonize them. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!

Dr Rodriguez has treated 3 generations of our family. Excellent doctor.

When I saw Dr. Rodriguez I felt he was dismissive. He also wiped the equipment he used for me with a tissue; however it was not soaking in that blue liquid. So I hope it was clean. nou

This was probably one of the worst - if not the worst - experiences I've had with a doctor in my life. I came in with sinus issues, after which an allergy test was scheduled and Dr. Rodriguez advised me to use flonase. Several weeks later I came back, having taken my allergy test, to meet with Dr. Rodriguez. He asked whether the flonase worked. I answered that I had stopped using it after 7 days since it was not working, as advised on the packaging. He got visibly upset, telling me to disregard the packaging. Furthermore, I was never explained my allergy results (were they considered severe, moderate, etc?), and he never went through possible side effects of the drugs he was advising I take. Patients also receive a writeup of the visit upon completion of the visit. On mine, he had written that he had explained things to me that we absolutely, unequivocally never discussed. I'm extremely unhappy with this experience and advise all other patients to stay away from this doctor. The arrogance and condescension mentioned by other reviewers is spot on.

Pompous horrible bedside manners i was wondering why i got the appointment the same day.Tried to tell me i had ADHD‎ after i showed him my sleep study showed i woke up 44.5 times an hour ,absolutely told me i had just sleep apnea and that being tired was not a disability.So he scheduled another sleep study after i already had one operation on my nose that completely failed.Then he didnt want to fill out my Amtrak paperwork, he said i can give you a note but i dont fill out paperwork ,I DONT WORK AT MCDONALDS HELLO.Metro north train that just derailed was because the engineer had severe sleep apnea.Worst doctor i have ever dealt with,i didnt say a word and just left i was disgusted then he trys to overcharge my insurance. I feel bad for his fellow doctors i wanted to see Dr Cohen but his next appointment was in two weeks.I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with him including his personal life.A complete nightmare it was like he was jealous of something came in with an attitude already i said doc do you think you can help me he said NO I CANT.HELLO

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr.Rodriguez and his staff. I had a septoplasty a month ago perfomed by Dr. Rodriguez. Authorization from my insurance was received within a week, thanks to his staff efforts, and scheduled only one week after authorization in Mount Sinai hosp. Everything went very well, Dr. Was extremely reassuring, I felt comfortable and calm- I new, I was in good hands. Follow ups revealed a good recovery. I couldn't appreciate more Dr. Rodriguez's professionalism and personal approach,not to mention that his stuff is amazing. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rodriguez to anybody who needs ENT doctor's help.

I had a perforated septum that Dr. Rodriguez seemed to believe was due to drug use. Nothing could be further from the truth, but he didn't seem to care - he treated me with disrepect. He suggested surgery, although it was completely unnecessary. I thought he was an arrogant doctor and didn't even think about going back. I went to lovely family practice doctor who recommended...Bacitracin and/or petroleum jelly.
