Absolutely the worst experience waited 2 hours for my appointment. Once I was seen by the PA he was with me for 2 minutes. Was there for a full check up and he checked my face and back in 5 seconds. Doctor Wiltz came in, looked at me for a few seconds and walked out. I will not return and if this is tote first time, choose another dermatologist office.

Was not seen by doctor. Was told the doctor was out of town. I am specifically waited 2 1/2 months to see that doctor. I was seen by his son who is a PA. He was extremely brief left the room and never saw him again. Biopsy and other two treatments were done by a nurse. Office personnel unbelievably rude. Apparently they are a custom to dealing with the elderly‘s and I personally saw the miss treatment.

I've called several times and days but they never answer their telephones... talk about starting off in the wrong foot

I have been going to Dr. Wiltz for many year now and he is an excellent and very knowledgable doctor. He doesn't need much time to see and diagnose the problem, he has many years of experience. His assistant Damian has been working side by side with him for years as well and is very efficient in his work. The wait can be long at times but it worth it once you're treated. I recommend this office and the doctor with eyes closed.

BE AWARE!!!! THIS OFFICE MAKES YOU GO TO THE APPOINTMENT AND WHEN YOU GET THERE THEY TOLD YOU THEY DON'T ACCEPT YOUR INSURANCE...EVEN YOU MADE YOUR APPOINTMENT A MONTH BEFORE AND GAVE ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION...THEY TOLD US THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT WHEN WE SHOW UP...THEY ARE THE WORST OFFICE...BUT THEY DID CALL A DAY BEFORE TO COMFIRM THE APPOINTMENT... Don't never go there...

CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED! Save yourself time, money and aggravation. Do not go to this office. Find another doctor. The staff is horrible. They barely answer the phone and when they do they hang up on you. While I was waiting a lady came in complaining because she could not get in touch with the office. That should have been my cue to leave! The doctor barely speaks with you...he walked out of my appointment mid-sentence and never came back!? Horrible. It's been over 2 weeks since my appointment and I cant speak with anyone regarding a problem with a prescription. I reported them to my insurance company also. They are the worst I have ever experienced.

BEWARE! Horrible office staff, terrible Botox work, and terrible disorganized billing department. My botox was done horribly - Barcelo left a hole on my forehead and then her staff made it impossible for me to schedule an appointment to come in and get it repaired within the 10 day window!! I paid for my service the day of, and two months later I am receiving a bill telling me otherwise. Trying to get a hold of someone to correct this is impossible, and they hang up on you if you let it ring and ring! Very disorganized and I regret greatly having gone here. Spend your money elsewhere - because LO BARATO SALE CARO!

had an apt tuesday 9 30 am they called to comfirm and when i went there they tell me not accepting my insurance no more !!!!! very unorganized reception

As soon as I got to my appointment, the receptionist told me they no longer accepted my insurance and that they forgot to call me. I missed working hours and a month waiting for this appointment…
