Truly a caring Dr. He has gone out of his way to make sure my husband got the best care for cancer treatment. He actually returns calls. Shows compassion like a human being.

Dr. Hernando Chong is a great physician. He listens carefully to your symptoms snd acts with empathy and care. My husband and I have been going to him for almost 20 years and like him because of his knowledge and care. I am a diabetic type 1 and thanks to his care I am doing fine after 25 years of his care. No complications

Hernando Chong is a great doctor. But his staff has the customer service of a busy McDonald's on US1. I ordered labs and then a week later I'm sitting at labcorp (fasted) and they never got the order. They just said they forgot! Lousy service from staff but again Chong is good

The entire practice is always so organized and caring. Could not ask a better provider or office and clinical staff.

He is an excellent Dr. but no available anymore I haven't seen him for a long time I just see the nurses.

Dr Chong is the most compassionate, loving and knowledgeable Dr I know. I’ve been his patient for well over 15 years and he has always taken his time with me. I’ve never felt rushed. I wouldn’t trade him for the world.

The in person service is great, but when trying to get a hold of them over the phone for a prescription or lab order they are impossible and terrible. I had to get blood work done, schedule my appointment with lab Corp as I was advised I could go to any lab Corp or quest to have the blood work done. I go to labcorp during my lunch break at the time of my appointment and they tell me there is no prescription or any request from my primary dr. I tried to reach out to the office and now it’s been over an HOUR and I have yet to speak to someone. This is unacceptable and I will be looking forward a new primary doctor.
