Feedback response= No, no ma’am. The doctor disrespected me personally on the day of my annual appointment check-up stating “ I know that as a 23 year-old you do not have a conscious mind to understand what I’m saying to you” and he said it insulting me because I corrected him over something his receptionist Juanita I believe said last year for my annual check-up. In customer service especially in healthcare, you need to have sympathy for your patients and you need let your patients speak first.. NOT SPEAK OVER THEM. I will leave my review to other places to add more flame to the fire. This office DESERVES IT!

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WONDERFULL DOCTOR ,STAFF VERY RUDE, DOCTOR LOST TWO PATIENTS ME AND MY HUSBAND BECAUSE OF THOSE LADIES , ASKED FOR A TEST RESULT BUT THEY SAID DOCTOR NOT THERE FOR TWO WEEKS,CALLED 3 TIMES THEY SAID THEY WILL CALL ME BACK,NEVER CALLED AFTER TWO MORE WEEKS THEN THEY WANT ME TO PAY A CONSULTATION, I REFUSE , JUST NEEDED THE RECORD FOR OTHER DOCTOR,AFTER 4 WEEKS THEY REFUSE, I CALLED LABCORP AND THEY SEND IT TO MY HOUSE BY MAIL, THEY DON'T CARE IF DOCTOR LOSE BUSINESS . MÉDICO CON MUCHO CONOCIMIENTO Y MARAVILLOSO COMO PERSONA, PERSONAL MUY GROCERO, EL DOCTOR PERDIÓ DOS PACIENTES MI MARIDO Y YO POR ESAS SEÑORAS, PEDI UN RESULTADO DE LA PRUEBA PERO DIJERON QUE EL DOCTOR NO ESTÁ DURANTE DOS SEMANAS, LLAME 3 VECES Y ME DECIAN QUE ME LLAMABAN,NUNCA ME LLAMABAN , DESPUÉS DE DOS SEMANAS Y PONIENDO PRESION QU QUERIAN QUE HAGA UNA CONSULTA, ME NEGUE, SOLO NECESITABA EL RECORD PARA OTRO MÉDICO, DESPUÉS DE 4 SEMANAS SE NEGARON , LLAMÉ A LABCORP Y LO ENVIARON A MI CASA POR CORREO, NO LES IMPORTA SI DOCTOR PIERDE NEGOCIOS DE LA MANERA QUE TRATAN Y ESO ES UNO SIENDO NICE.

Very expirienced Doctor, explains evething very clearly, speaks both english and spanish, wouldnt chage him, also great staff

El Dr Homero es muy buen Dr. fui paciente del por 5 años, me fui por su staff, sobre todo la señora colombiana rubia nueva que da las citas, para mi es un batido de tuercas, una botella de ácido, mal educada, se cree que ella es la doctora, y nunca le pasa los recados al médico, nunca quiere dar un refill de medicamentos, sin querer hacerte una cita, es un cajero automático en su mente, lo de ella es que le entre cash a la consulta, así hallas ido a consulta hace dos días quieres que hagas cita hasta para preguntar algo. Le deseo todo lo mejor al Dr. Homero es una persona muy atenta y buen doctor.

I have been going to him for about 6 years. Very knowledgeable, explains things clearly and very helpful. Great doctor.

I didn’t even get to see this doctor but all because of the front desk/receptionist, they made me jump through hoops to even to get an appointment booked, which at the end, I didn’t even book it. I have a commercial insurance through my employer, which can be used anywhere, and even after explaining that I researched if my insurance was able to be used with them before calling, She still had to “check” if my insurance was accepted by them, after verifying, they told me that I had to put the doctor as my primary care doctor before getting the appointment, never have I had to do that, and how can you choose your primary doctor before even meeting him? You do that after. Very poor service. Leaving this review to warn you. I have been told the doctor is excellent by another patient, however, this level service turned me away.

The staff is the rudest I've ever encountered. The attitude is not the type of attitude they should have at the front desk. I had not been to this doctor in the past 3 years, and I won't be going back. Too many good and nicer doctors office in the area... Thanks but no thank!
