I was very disappointed. Dr had no idea of my medical condition. She was unable to interpret my 2 brain MRIs, and she referred me to another doctor that was not accepting me because I did not have any diagnosis from Dr Jiang. I called her back, and she gave me very vague explanations. However, My medical insurance was charged for her consult and a clinic visit (for the same day consultation) a total of $480. I feel this is ridiculous for not having any answer.

I was very disappointed. For 20 years I have been told by different doctors that my poor vision is from the optic nerve separating. I filled out the forms and specified that I wanted to see someone to find out if there was any new developments on optic nerve problems that could prevent further loss. The nurse and the doctor asked me several times why i was there. I am also hard of hearing and read lips. No one looked at me while talking. They were to busy typing or looking at their screens. When I went for my tests, no one came to get me. I had to guess if they were calling my name or someone else. I thought it was very inconsiderate when I told everyone to please look at me because I was hearing impaired and read lips.

She was very attentive and answered all my questions. She even sent me to do a test that none of the other doctors thought to do, which actually helped us learn a lot more about my condition!

Dr Jiang was the 10th specialist I saw for eye pain. Every doctor before had told me nothing was wrong. Dr Jiang was the first doctor to actually upload the MRI disk I brought and determined it wasthe wrong test & ordered the correct test. Dr Jiang personally called me hours after the test & she ordered a battery of other tests to find out the reason for the problem. She takes her time during appointments & is accessible via email. I'm pleased with the care I've received from her.

I saw this doctor 3 times for the treatment of my chronic migraine. By the 3rd visit she still did not even recognize me. Needless to say it has been a waste of 9 months in trying to get some help. She is rushed during office visits and seems very uninterested in anything you have to say. She should be working in a lab doing research, and not be bothered trying to help patients with their silly medical problems.
