The worst customer services i have ever received!!!! The staff is rude and interrupting all the time! I had appointment with them on may beginning but the receptionist did mistake and now when i called today they said i dont have appointment anymore!! And now i have to wait ONE MONTH MORE. This office most of the times does not answer the phone, when you call it goes directly into a busy signal after about 6 rings. When refills are needed, you better ask for them months in advance, even when the pharmacy faxes requests and calls the doctors office for refills, they don’t respond back to the pharmacy. This office deserves a 0 rating if it was available. Service is terrible.

My husband has been seing Dr. Gonzalesz for about 4yrs now for routine check ups. I'm very happy that we found him he's very patience & attentive to the patient's questions & he cares about each of his patients. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez for your kindness, you are the best!
