The physical therapist was TERRIBLE. I visited the Hollywood location in May/2023. She could barely speak English. But what made my first visit with Icon Medical even worst was that I believe the physical therapist was unlicensed and not trained properly on how to use the electrode machine. She placed electrode pads on my lower back. She turned it on and then asked me, "More". I replied, "Yes, a little more please". She abruptly increase the electricity level causing excruciating pain. I immediately YELLED for someone to come in the room and translate what happened from my perspective as the patient, my pain, and my disappointment with the physical therapist. Dr. Holmes and the front desk receptionist entered the room and spoke to the physical therapist in Spanish. I stated that the therapist abruptly increased the electricity purposely or she is incompetent and does not know how to gradually increase the electricity level on the electrode machine. That was my first and last visit to Icon since that was the only physical therapist at that location.

I was referred to this medical office for a treatment. After several sessions I felt so much better but completed the whole course as recommend. No more backpain after. The team of professionals is amazing. I want to thank my therapists Ernesto, Mirtha, and Alejo for an outstanding service. I would definitely recommend this place and doctors Paola and Paul for such caring treatment.

They work as NASA. Perfection, responsabilty, and ability TOPS. As soon as you arrived, your are in avertiginous pace. They, you guys, never made me feel as a patient. My time was really used as the best.. Pedro se quedo un cake que decia 'THANKS'. THANKS , now I say. Another cake will be delivered or brought .
