This is related to a phone experience today. I called to ask questions so my son can become a new patient but the lady who answered voice does not sound friendly at all. She sounded like she was annoyed and didn’t want to be there. I’m sure the doctors are great based off reviews for them but someone need to check the receptionist attitude.

I take my kids to North Miami Pediatrics with Dr Williams and we all love her. She's so caring, attentive and very professional. I'm so glad I found her. Thank you Dr Williams for your dedication and being so lovely to my kids!! Everyone here is helpful and friendly. The office is always clean. Thank you again!!

I LOVE DOCTOR WILLIAMS MY TWINS SEEM TO GET SICK, IT'S ALWAYS SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OH HOLIDAY lol AND WHEN I CALL Dr.Williams SHE ALWAYS ANSWERS ME AND NOT AN HOUR HAS PASSED WELL AND SHE IS CALLING ME BACK AND I LIKE THAT A LOT. and the girl who answers the calls in the office is the nicest I love her TOO. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING FOR MY BABIES I RECOMMEND THIS PEDIATRICS 100% tHIS IS WHAT US MOTHERS LOOKING FOR US BABY GOOD ATTENTION 🙏🏽😍

All my family goes to this office, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and the wait is never long. I love the fact that there are no toys in the waiting room and only a TV. It helps to keep the germs down when sick children are being seen also less noise. 10 stars if it was possible

👍👍👍North Miami Beach Pediatrician is one of the best Pediatrician in North Miami Beach. I've been with North Miami Pediatrician for 13 years. All my 4 kids go there and i won't change it for anything, except if I move out of state. Anything or concern you might have, they're ready to listen and help you in any way they possibly can. Doctor Iftikher Mahmood and Williams Shari you're the best guys!!! Friendly and great Doctors. The atmosphere feel great too. Clean and beautiful environment. Accept Walk-in and Appointments.. I would recommend this clinic to any Parents who want a great place and a great Doctor to take their kids too. Nothing to complain about. I love love love😍😍😍this place dearly. Thank you North Miami Beach Pediatrician for going strong year after year!!👌👌👌

Absolutely the worst place to work. I’ve been contacting them for over a year to send me my W-2 no one ever called me back and I have yet to receive my W2, they have no respect for employees they talk to you how ever they feel.THE WORST!!!

I think Dr. Mahmood is a wonderful Doctor...I been going to him for years...with all my babies...and the staff are very nice ..and they open on Saturdays....👍
