Ileana Rodicio's Online Review Report Card

Unprofessional front desk worker constantly complaining and cursing loudly about her job and co-workers. Don't waste your time, dirty broken chairs, water stain walls and ceiling, moldy smelling time capsule of a so-called Dr office. Just Completely unkept, run down and they employees fit right in.

Very caring and friendly staff that treat you as family. Dr. Rodicio is a incredibly skilled specialist, very professional and kind.

The reception staff, especially the lady with red hair, is very rude and rude, she thinks she is a big deal with a bad attitude and I have seen her mistreated people. I do not recommend it to anyone.

La Doctora Ileana Rodicio ha sido mi alergista por muchos años, he contado con su ayuda siempre que la he necesitado tanto en consulta como fuera de ella. .Excelente ser humano y Gran profesional.La recomiendo siempre. Gracias a la Dra y a su Staff de West Kendall.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you have an older parent, do not send them here. The front staff, very loudly, talks so much garbage about the poor senior patients. Ileana Rodicio shouldn’t have a license, disgusting practice. She uses the same tools for ears, mouth and nose. Dirty nails and tries touching you all over like that. Spent the whole consultation on her phone texting, I thought I was dreaming throughout the whole experience. Worst part is she would touch me and then touch her phone and so on, mind you the phone was nothing related to work. Didn’t clean her hands once, kinda horrible dealing with patients with allergic reactions. Only reason I stayed was cause they make you pay the copay at the beginning before they even see you. The whole office is so unprofessional, the girl that does the the allergy test was talking to someone else about a guy she was seeing or in her case wasn’t going to see again. I’m amazed that they get any business. I’ve warned everyone I know to not go here. She even tried to bill me again when I had already paid. Not sure how they have any business, go elsewhere.

I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. They make you pay in full in the event the insurance company does not pay them and when they do receive full payment from the insurance company they keep your deposit. I will be reporting them to the BBB for double dipping and cheating their customers.

Sitting down giving me her back and straight to her phone texting, you'd hear the messages coming in and out. Starts touching me checking for allergies with her filthy hands. Me atiendo en la oficina de west Kendall por más de un año , llegue con muchos problemas de alergia muchos temores y preocupaciones , estos han ido desapareciendo gracias a la profesionalidad de sus doctores ; su personal de customers servers inigualable .Gracias por tanta dedicación y amabilidad !!!!
