Excellent service, staff very friendly and the professionals are Professionals dedicated in full to their patients. Highly recommended, especially doctor Burgos and his staff.

Customer Service is ridiculous! I have called their call center at least 4 times in the last couple of weeks. Each time a worst individual answers the phone. Unbelievable, how each time I was told to be quiet so they can explain. All four times has been to request referrals. When they finally faxed the proper paperwork, they provided referral for ONE visit knowing that surgery is needed! Long story short, I have been calling for one of my parents who is waiting on a surgery. Between COVID-19 and surgery, I expected a little compassion. HA! The call center is a hot mess... Leadership should considered hiring qualified compassionate individuals. Horrible, horrible experience.

They changed the phone service, and now communication with your clinic is imposible. The coordination between clinic and farmacy for meds is very bad.

Only appointments available are over a week out sometimes even months out. I can never get my mother in. I have to speak to a call center that really does not care at all to try to figure something out. Was actually told to take her to the hospital if she was feeling sick and couldn’t wait. Absolutely disappointed. Dr. Burgos is amazing whenever we can actually get in to see him.

Great facility. Only one visit so far, but first impressions are very important and my first impression is great. I am glad I went and checked it out for myself and did not listen to people about reviews from the branch in Orlando. Keep up the good work. 🙏🏽❤️

They have the greatest physicians, most experienced and caring. The center staff are there to make the patients experience more pleasant with their knowledge and kindness. Really recommend this medical center.
