This office honestly is a great, clean and safe environment with excellent staff and service Everyone is so inviting you will be at ease from the time you walk in until the time you walk out.. The atmosphere is so welcoming and calming.

Do not waste your time here. I was so happy to have found a dr close to my house but what a disappointment. I've called this office every single day for 3 weeks trying to get my referral and an appointment. No one knew what to do to help me. I still have pain and no treatment. They don't answer the phone every time. And when they do, you have to explain your situation over and over, being transferred here and there with no results :( completely opposite of how you should be treated at a doctors office, very disappointed they still got paid from my insurance and I got no help.

I would like a direct doctor to patient interaction but because of Covid 19 I do understand that the virtual interaction is because of care from doctors .Thanks for your hard work and care.

I have been calling and calling. The front line staff seems to be clueless about their job, unfriendly customer service, constantly telling me to call back another time, they cannot check eligibility because my insurances internet is down. Unfortunately Florida blue is messy, but IMC Health is terrible-. I would not choose to go there but I have HMO. If you are in some dump,You have to take you you get.thats the feeling when you talk to these folks.
