I've always had a great experience with Dr. Rico. I'm glad I chose her as my primary doctor as she provides excellent care! She has a very lively personality and I find it comfortable to talk to her about my health. I find it very convenient that they do my labs in the office so I don't have to waste time going somewhere separately as I've had to in other places. I highly recommend her!

This place has given me the WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE!!! I had my first appointment in January 2022. I made sure to ask for the first appointment of the day at 9:30am, the doctor arrived to work 30 minutes after that and then took more time before seeing me. I was being asked to sign for a form that I had not been given and had to ask for it. I then called days later requesting an ultrasound referral because of a pain I had. My ultrasound appointment was 02/15/22. That same day (confirmed by the imaging place) the results were sent to my doctor. I have been calling ever since for my results. I was told the doctor had already received them and was going to review and call me. NOTHING. I call again and they say they didn't have results. The most incompetent receptionists!!!!! There are only 2 of them. It's not that complicated. I tried getting another appointment with the doctor and they made it so difficult. Thankfully, I'm not dying. That was enough for me to request a new doctor through my insurance. Now I've been requesting my medical records for over a week and they didn't want to release them until I put pressure. WHAT IS THIS?????? I called several times. She claimed the doctor had called me, I had zero missed calls. I asked what number she called from and she couldn't even give me the two office numbers (which let me remind you are public) and after stuttering said maybe she called from her personal number, BUT SOMEHOW didn't know her own bosses personal number and ofcourse probably wouldn't release it , but yet the doctor was supposedly willing to call me from it? How does that make sense? The last thing she did was hang up on me. VERY PROFESSIONAL! Lastly, I don't know why bother making an appointment if they see people on a first come first serve. How disrespectful of people's time. DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR!

I will not recommend this place. Horrible customer services… never able to make appointment if you have an emergency.

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to say I am very disappointed with Dr. Rico. She had been seeing my mother for about 5 years and when my mom passed, I left 3 messages to speak with the doctor and she never replied. In today's social media world, I believe that people should be more empathetic with those they serve because it can have an effect on their future business.

Nunca he puesto una queja de ningun medico pero en este caso lo tengo que hacerlo ,pues considero que en esta clinica hay muy mala atencion tanto por los que trabajan en ella asi como la Dra Isabel Rico, quien en su momento le nego la atencion medica a una paciente que tenia los sintomas del covid. Exhorto a todas aquellas personas que se atienden en esa clinica y los que esten por entrar que lean los review, pues el solo llamar y contactar con ellos se hace casi imposible.

The Dr is supper nice, friendly, and very professional. I really recommended her to everyone!!

Dr. Rico is an amazing doctor, she has such a great personality. She is a total professional and knows how to be very clear with her explanations. I will totally recommend her to anyone out there looking for Family Medicine Physician.
