Isidoro Zarco's Online Review Report Card

I would love nothing more than to give this office a 5 star rating but unfortunately in good faith I cannot do this. On a recent follow up visit after an hour waiting to be seen, the girl calls me up to the window to pay and I said to her well how much longer before I go in and she said a while longer - I told her my time is valuable as well so I re-scheduled but then I thought to myself this will happen again so I decided not to go. The doctor is wonderful but unfortunately their appointment scheduling seems lack luster because you need a good 1.5 hours if you are lucky to go through from check in to check out. I understand at times there may be a hiccup but it seems this is routine so pack a snack & patience if you go.

I had eye surgery with Dr. Zarco 8 years ago and have been very happy with my vision. He always takes his time to explain things and patiently answers any questions I have. He is a great doctor.

Dr. Zarco was very kind and professional in his first interview with me. He explained the conditions that I can suffer from and the procedures that I can perform to improve my vision. I answer all my questions clearly.

ZERO STARS DONT GO THERE Very inconsiderate to schedule over 30 appointments at the same time, and make patients wait over 2 hours. Once you are inside (after the 2 hour wait) you are moved from room to room to wait another hour, when the rushed doctor finally shows up, with no time to see or talk to the patients. Total waste of time andmoney No one should bother to go through this FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR INSTEAD

The lady who answer the phone Ana,she's ridiculous mean,I really like Dr Zarco but never going back because of this lady,.hard to explain what she did to me or maybe she thinks that people on vocational programs doesn't have money to pay for an appointment.. La telefonista Ana no tiene compasión ni entiende de seguros y si alguien quiere pagar con otro seguro o cash es problema de el cliente ella se serró y no quería escuchar,porque trabajan con público si lo único que hacen es poner en mal la compañía por ende al Dr también.

I've been a patient with Dr. Zarco for years. He cares about his patients and is an excellent doctor. I have never had to wait more than an hour. That's a small price to pay to protect your eyes and your vision. One of my original Opthamologist's was the cofounder of the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, Dr Victor Curtin.I trust Dr. Zarco as much as I trusted that Doctor and he was a great. The technician who started my visit yesterday was named Yuli and she was superb.All in all it was a very nice visit.

Great listener and answered all my questions, extremely knowledgeable and honest.

I have never experienced a doctor to be as knowledgeable and courteous as Dr. Zarco. He truly personalizes your visit and makes you feel at home. He gives you candid advice and is not out for your money. An honest and trustworthy gentleman. That is what you should look for in someone who is caring for your vision!!!!
