This incompetent and dangerous doctor said I needed a spinal cord stimulator with out even seeing me in person. Please stay away from doctors like this .

Dr Klem was raccomended to me by a friend which had a surgey with him, unfortunatly I found him completely different from the picture on his profile where he is smaling. He seemed like Frankenstein without desire to tolk or explain me, he actually said to me if I wanted to see another surgeon. I don't reccomend him at all, I hope you read the review before to see him and choose someone else and always leave a comment for other parient.

Doesn't care about you being in pain. Doesn't care about your questions. Doesn't care about his patients, period. I have never encountered such a rude, unprofessional, and uncaring doctor before in my life. Go to literally anyone else but him.

My first visit was good had a little delay but this is what happen when you have a surgeon and they have a procedure on the same day but over all dr. Klem explain a what he's going to do. I was very happy overall with his service and the staff are very pleasant to help you get what you and what they need very caring staff

Five hours waiting time! Sent to a room that was freezing,requested a blanket and I was told they had none,so I went out to the waiting room. When Dr Klem finally saw me (my appointment was for 12 noon,he finally saw me around 4:30),I complained about how long the wait,blanket,etc,he told me to talk to the office manager and left the room. The office manager turned out to be the person that told me "no blankets",etc. After another half hour he finally came to tell me that the cervical fusion he performed was ok,that my problem was bone spurs growing around the fusion,gave me a list of pain management doctors and goodbye! No wonder,when I worked at Baptist Hospital he had a reputation for being arrogant and abusive to everyone,thanks God that my medical specialty had to deal minimally with him. No bedside manners,very fast to explain that what my MRI showed wasn't his problem anymore. I would not darken his door with my shadow ever again!

Avoid this. The doctor came very late and did not listen to my concerns and my questions. He seemed not to care so much. I was told that my problems are not in the doctor’s scope. Did not give suggestions about where to go either. I am a student and I can’t afford to just try doctors out.

Dr. Klem is the best I fell from a ladder on a Saturday and late Sunday evening at HCA and Bird his last patient for the day he wired my spine back as new added some screws some plates and cement (fusion) and 5 years later I’m still going to the gym and teaching martial arts Thank you Dr Klem
