The staff is great The biggest problem was the security guard. This man is so very rude. I have witness him on several occasions fussing with visitors. One occasion he tried to fight the delivery driver whom drops off the prescriptions and today was rude with bus driver about using the restroomso 😪😔

Clean we were told to arrive 30 min before our appointment 2 hours later we are still in the waiting room. Not very organized

Si pudiera darle menos de una estrella a este lugar lo haria la atención es mala mi hija lleva atendiendose ahi desde que nacio siempre te dan una hora y piden llegues antes para tenerte esperando 2 horas y que solo la miren y te digan que esta bien y ya hoy lleve a mi hija a urgencia y me dicen que la lleve a otro lado ppr que en urgencia no hay pediatra o que trate con su doctora primaria que trabaja ahi mismo ya la iba llevado a otro lugar serca pero no habria hasta las 11 fui ahi por que no me quedaba de otratrate de hablar con la enfermera de la doctora primera de mi hija que aparte de no saber tratar a la gente me dejo hablando sola y me dijo que la llevara a otro lado LA DOCTORA DE ELLA ESTABA AHI Y JAMAS APARECIO A VER QUE PASABA Y POR QUE YO PEDIA SI PORFAVOR LA PODIA VER ES O ERA SU DOCTORA PRIMARIA ES SU OBLIGACIÓN PREOCUPARSE POR SU PASIENTE NISIQUIERA FUERON CAPACES DE DECIRME OKEY ESPERA VERE SI SE PUEDE HACER ALGO ME DEJARON AHI CON MI HIJA EN LOS BRAZOS HABLANDO SOLA ESTE LUGAR ES TERRIBLE NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA Y PARA PEOR TAMBIEN HABIA UNA MADRE AHI ESPERANDO DE LAS 8 DE LA MAÑANA A QUE ATENDIERAN A SU HIJA Y SIENDO LAS 10 Y 20 APP SEGUIA AHI ESPERANDO REPITO LA ATENCION ES MALA MUY MALA. Ah y me falto agregar nunca contestan el bendito telefono ves que uno llama no contestan pueden estar al lado de el teléfono sonando y no contestan.

They need to have people who are there to serve the patients and not try to rush you so they can go home.I dont like how they rush you in the emergency room. Got there at 730 and it seems like the doctor and staff was rushing to get us out of there before they close at 8. Very obvious and disrespectful. If someone ask for an xray it shouldnt be a fight with the doctor. If a patient request it whats the problem. You are not paying for it SO TRY TO LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS. Again we were rushed and very just unprofessional. I will never visit or tell anyone to go to the Emergency Room..

I came to the Health Center to get the Covid19 vaccine and the process was smooth and very well organized. Felt very safe and for both times that I came the get the first and second shot of the vaccine it was all very fast with no wait time
