A month waiting for my appointment I asked for permission from my work I waste time driving there paying for parking and when I arrive they tell me that the appointment is canceled because the doctor is not there that week ...the front desk staff super bad attitude as if the mistake was mine... when I had received a text link confirming the appointment but they called the day before and left a message to a voicemail that does not exist. A complete lack of respect.

Dr. Gonzalez is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever been to and walks you step by step through your health and any course of action. Highly recommend

Woman working front desk was rude and gave me a lot of attitude when having troubleconfusion with my workplace preemployment testing. Seemed very inconvenienced by general paperwork and questions.

There is no way to get an appointment. Ive tried several times this week and the past to no avail. The receptionist is not here therefore no one else in the reception would give me an appointment. This office has the worst costumer service Ive seen in a medical facility.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Dr. Patricia. She is always very nice and excellent bedside manner. A true professional she is hypervigilant recognizing the rarest of symptoms and preventing serious illness. Every time she prescribes something even if it is jut overthecounter it is exactly what I need to get better fast. I always schedule my appointments on the same day and the clinic staff does what they can to schedule me on short notice. I dont always get an appointment but only because they are onsite at Government Center and a lot of county employees go there and are trying to be seen at the same time. I definitely recommend them

The WORST.THE ABSOLUTE WORST.I came here for a county physical and the 2 nicest people I encountered was a woman who did my urine test and the gentleman that did ny breathing exam. Every one else sucks ass.Even up until this week I contacted this office on SEVERAL OCCASSIONS TO obtain copies of a test I had done.I expressed That I needed them for a health condition and if they could expidite the request. They explained to me the certain policies and procedures they have to follow which I completely understood. But when it came down to actually getting the request. I asked if there was any way they could expedite it. Julie just kept repeating herself and wouldnt give me a direct answer whether the request would be sent day of or the following day. Mind you I have been calling for this record for the past 3 DAYS JULIE Sounds stuck up and her customer service skills are sub par. EDINA AND THE 2 TECHS WERE GREAT.
