I tried to get a hold of a Dr since 300pm and no one could attend to me. I had to call the Jackson System for someone to answer 340p. Furthermore I was told that the office wasnt equipped to remove an absess on the back of a diabetic patient that was in pain.

No la recomiendo. Dr Medina nunca atendió a mi hija y la recepción es malísima y estoy cansada de tantos desplantes por parte de ese tipo de personal. Y si el personal no tienen deseos de atender a los pacientes que pongan a otros que si tienen muchos deseos de trabajar y que traten a los pacientes de la mejor manera que se merecen. Esto es demasiado

Mi doctora Jessica Medina es excelente doctora y me disgustarua cambiar de clínica por ellapero estoy pensando seriamente esa posibilidad por lo desesperante que es comunicarse por teléfono cuando logro contactarson muy amables y atentos pero que regresen las llamadas o poder comunicar es misión imposible que pena pues me encanta esa clinica

Deberían de cambiar el personal de las recepciones tanto en pb como en el piso 2 el trato que le dan al público es muy malo cada vez que voy me tratan muy mal no me he cambiando porque los médicos son muy buenos.

When I attended this clinic I remember how rude the receptionist was. I remember being very happy and smiling at them and they laughed at me and made fun of me in Spanish they didnt know I spoke the language cause I dont look hispanic . I also remember needed a pap smear and the nurses which had to be present arguing with the Doctor because they did not want to be near me. I dont know why they treated me so poorly. I just hope they get their karma.

Me atiendo aquí desde 2016 y cada dia es peor no dire nombre y detalles pero si alguien lee este comentario les digo que deben mejorar en la recepción en los referidos en la atención al teléfono el pasado 18 de abril fue mi ultima visita a esta clinica lamento mucho perder a mi Doctor de tantos años creo es lo único que sirve en este lugar. Fui capaz de ir a este lugar viviendo muy lejos y casi pasar parte del dia llegando a mi casa en ocasiones a las 3pm pero no vale la pena mejoren para que otros pacientes no se vayan Me fui por el mal trabajo de la clínica NO ME VOY POR LA ATENCIÓN DE MI DOCTOR

Mi esposa está embarazada y la de la recepción la trato en muy mala forma solo por ser inmigrante la hizo llorar espero nadie pase por ese mal rato que pasamos y más tratándose de un clínica de ese nivel
