Horrible place. My mom was transported there and they took down me and my family’s information down. Despite us advising them she’s wasn’t fully aware of what’s going on they transferred my mom without calling the family. They claim she’s an adult but if people are sent to mental facilities obviously they might not be fully competent and families should be contacted especially if it’s something as major as a change of facility. This place left us confused and made an even bigger burden on my family by not giving us any follow up. Read the reviews people they are real.

I visited the clinic at 330 on 12292020. The nicest person was the security guard on this shift. However the front desk were not too helpful. I explained to them what the issue was with my uncle and I was advised to take him to the crisis unit. The young man who opened the door to the crisis unit was extremely helpful and patient. He advised me what I had to do. I went back to the front lobby and advised the front desk my uncle needed to see his doctor. Walkins are only at 730AM and the next available open was in March I am not pleased with the regulations at this clinic. I left without a solution. The front desk should have at least called his doctor. The service was poor and I didn’t resolve anything. I’ll have to go back.

I want to make known my complaint against the doctor Today my wife Verónica Dominguez had a telephone consultation Monday July 6 2020 and I tried to explain to her doctor the situation of her patient and he did not want to hear and understand what I try to say belittling but this doctor not giving importance to what I was saying.Mentally ill patients often say they feel good however that is not your reality they have symptoms and their actions say that they are not mentally stable and their closest relatives are the people who deal with them day by day not listening. and not intentionally wanting to understand a particular situation explained by a family member in these cases is a lack of ethics and respect on the part of the doctor. This doctor need pass a school on How to learn to listen and also how to treat a relative of a patient with respect and patience. this doctor has not been well trained in dealing with the relatives of his patientsI want to send my complaint to the hospital medical authorities against this doctorAfter this I called the social worker on the phone and they contacted the supervisor who hung up on me

I wish I could have selected zero stars because JCMH has only made me feel worse instead of better. I went to JCMH for three and a half years for weekly Psychotherapy. The therapists there are like a revolving door. Always retiring or moving on. Often times their Crisis Line does not return my calls. I gave up on them and I am done with trying to help myself get better. Just going to live with my mental Illness and hopefully undo the damage that JCMH did to me.

I have been going to JCMH for several years because there are no other alternatives. Weekly Psychotherapy only makes my conditions worse. The Crisis Line never returns my calls because they are under staffed and over worked. Not once have I received a follow up call even though they are supposed to. I know they can do more but in my case they dont.

The personal at the frontdesk are careless and uncompassive with the pacients and they dont care about.

They take care of things their staff is strict for the safety of all they need an awesome job

If I could have given a negative rating i would. They were rude. They didnt let me see my husband who had been missing for two days and wouldnt even let me talk to him by phone. They have me a number to call that no one answered even after a full 50calls.DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR LOVED ONES WITH THESE PEOPLE
