I honestly don’t understand why the reviews are so awful. I just visited ACCW for the first time and my experience was amazing. The doctors are great extremely sweet and patient. They are very detail oriented and ask you if you have questions like a million times.They did have a student in the room but I didn’t think it was a big deal.I highly recommend ACCW to all expecting mothers

Wait time is horrible and service is not the best at all They scheduled me for a specialist visit on a Wednesday and after waiting 2 12 hours tell me they scheduled me for the wrong specialist and the one I need only works Tuesdays. Demanded to me given back the copay for wasting my time but unfortunately I was there a bit to long and past the 2 free hours of parking so I was charged $10 for the less than an hour time I was in the parking garage Least they could have done is reimbursed me for that.  Only reason I got attend is ONLY 2 12 hours is because my appt was at 230 and at 5 they close so they saw me at 505 pm Some people were complaining they were waiting more than 45 hours to see their doctor. Why give someone an appt time and not see them for hours later?? Schedule less people in a day maybe?? It truly sucks because sometimes they dont give you an appt for months because they dont have anything available but when you actually get an appt its unprofessional and appt time is nowhere near what they promised. Unfortunately appt times are only from 1230230 pm at least for my department. If I were you Id pick the latest appt of the day so you know you will only be waiting until 5 pm max because the doctors just want to leave at that time. If you get an appt at 1230 or maybe earlier if you are lucky to find one they wont get to you until 34 the earliest so youll be there even longer. Please fix your system and least let us know how many people are in front and an estimated wait time because everyone is moody no one ever gets attended on time.

The guy called Daniel on the registration door is the best and such a positive person 🤗.

Worst place to go They have you waiting for two hours They are mostly students They have no respect for your time. If they give you an appointment expect to wait for two hours or more. They’re rude Do NOT go here if your pregnant They bring you so much stress and a homeless person would treat u better then the people here They are not organized meaning they’ll have a person that walked in after you go in front of you and I just would recommend you find a place that doesn’t bring stress. If you ask to many questions they also get annoyed and start being rude.

This was yet another great experience I have had with Jackson Memorial and Miller School of MedicineUniversity of Miami.Today I had an appointment at Ambulatory Care Center Gynecology Department on the 4th floor. Every medical profession I encountered was Professional extremely helpful and very kind. I was taken in exactly on time for my 100pm appointment. I did arrive 20 minutes early. The facility was clean not new but very well kept. The Doctors were excellent. The Doctor knew all about my case when she walked in. I did not have to explain anything. These are Doctors. Oftentimes people do not understand that young residents ARE DOCTORS. I was unable to determine if my doctor today was a resident fellow or a seasoned DR. My appointment was a follow to a full emergency hysterectomy due to an ovarian cyst that twisted multiple times until it actually died. Amazing Surgeons and Team members. I am not sure why the low ratings listed here but my experience 5 star.

I called in today as a new high pretension patient referred by another doctor only to talk to Glenda p who was very rude. I asked for an appointment which she gave me one 15 days out when I mentioned to her I was high risk which means I should be seen periodically by a doctor this is actually my first visit for my pregnancy. She gave me a date with no address and when I asked for the address she blurted it out without asking me if I was ready to write it down or just by saying do you have a pen and paper. I am honestly scared to even deliver my baby with you all because if this is the treatment an appointment scheduler is going to have I can only imagine the doctors and nurses. She was not knowledgeable about her job or she just didn’t want to help me after hanging up the call I was so upset my pressure shot to the rough and I immediately called my lawyer to inform him on what actions I should take am starting with a review but I will go further because as a pregnant women this should be the happiest time in my life I shouldn’t have to go through this when am paying for your services.

WORST PLACE EVER A total nightmare The waiting time here can extended over 5 hrs Always have the worst experience when i come here.You will starve here waiting . People always complaining and no one does anything .They give u appointments for no reason cause the amount of waiting time is unacceptable 0 stars

I wish I can give this place zero stars if I could I would. Id go to the pediatric unit in there we have to wait like an hour or so after our appointment to see somebody. There phone also doesnt work so if you like being on voicemail I give you props. Also the nurses in there dont convey messages clearly i asked for an appointment and it was supposed to be this Wednesday but they booked it for next week. They dont care about us they only care about how we get in and how we get the heck out.

Horrible service I’m calling just for a transfer of medical records and the lady at the phone said me “I don’t have time “ just because she doesn’t know how write my name ?It’s crazy this people are rude if you doesn’t want to talk with clients or people well don’t work anymore there 🙄
