Super bad experience at this heart institute with my son. i asked the doctor for a consultation and to order an echocardiogram since we already had done an EKG recently. And they refused, they wanted to charge $290 for another EKG. Which is useless. i am cash paying customer so i'm not willing to pay for same tests 2. So i am taking my son to Broward children institute. Much more commonsense over there. Run from this place!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATIENT CARE!! I called them for an appointment for the first time prior to a surgery that I have schedule with another doctor and after been transfer from one side to another; I finally hang on the phone. I called again and again the funny thing about this practice is that they answer very quick and then they put you on hold. Finally I spoke with a receptionist called BARBI and as per her they can't make an appointment or give me any information until my doctor called them or fax them my demographics and all my studies. I explained to her that I was the one concern about my varicose veins not my doctor and that I could give her all the information that she need it over the phone due to this urgent matter. She refused to give me any info until they have received the records notes and my demographics. I called my Doctor and I asked them to please send the demographics and my ultrasound results and they not only faxed the results they also called them for me to tried to help me to schedule this appointment due to my frustration with this practice. After a couple attempts finally they said that is not appointment available until the end of January. I will never go to this practice after this experience, is very unfortunate that having such a good doctors they have this type of employees that clearly have a lack of professionalism and patient care.

I had all of my wisdom teeth pulled out, the pain was excruciating! The nurses were there to help me through my pain. Unfortunately the general anesthesia didn't quite work for me; and I was awake the whole time. The nurses and doctors were very kind, and you can see that they were there to help you. I received a followup call three days later by the same intake nurse, asking me if I was alright, and if I had any further questions. Excellent service, highly recommended!

I commend the Jackson personnel for the work that they do. I know that they have many people from all walks of life go through their doors and the personnel are still pleasant. I understand the wait and I know they try their darnedest to do their best.
