Pésima atención después que fui operada,el personal muy poco humano y profesional y la doctora después que me operó si la vi una sola vez fue mucho y en este caso por la situación de lo a infección que tuve después de la cirugía es decir que para mi fue horrible la experiencia y de hecho no responden el teléfono nunca necesito una opinión urgente llevo una semana y no responden el teléfono

La Doctora Redondo excelente cirujano de mano. Me operó ambas manos en el año 2012 y la cirugía exitosa y la atención súper buena. Actualmente no puedo contactar para hacer cita con ella pues el número telefónico está desconectado sin otra información. Espero en Dios todo esté bien con la doctora.

My son and husband were treated many times with the PA, Chris, who hasn’t been there for a while and we had a positive experience. I had surgery in both wrists last year with Dr. Redondo and had a good experience. But, if is true that I never saw her before or after the surgery. It’s like for the last few years, she hasn’t been at the office. I passed by yesterday and it seems they are closed for good. I hope everything is okay with her.

This office is a disaster. Made appointment to see doctor and went to visit , waited 45 mins to enter the building and nobody showed up to open the doors , I called to find out why the office was not open and there was no answer and nobody called me with concern It’s disappointing

Is the office open any more? I called every day this week, several times a day, morning and afternoon. The phone rings but no one answers. The only reason I gave a middle-range rating is because the doctor and PAs have treated me very well in the past (last visit approximately a year ago). Their services, however, are irrelevant if I can't get an appointment.

I really do not like to complain about physicians. But this office it’s the worst office my husband has ever gone too. To start off you never see Dr. Redondo. All you ever see is her Physician Assistant. He suffers from severe arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome on both of his hands. The last time he was there thE PA gave my husband an injection in his hand in the right finger that he almost passed out, that’s how painful it was. But the worst of it all was that his finger now is worse that it has ever been. As of today he can’t move it at all. If you are SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING THINKING ABOUT GOING TO THIS OFFICE.GO ELSEWHERE.

Jacqueline is a fantastic surgeon. She has operated on me three times so far for dupuytren contracture, tennis elbow and carpal tunnel. No complaints she is my first choice.

Never answered the phone!!! I don't how they still have an office!!! According to the website they are open!!! What a joke!!
