Diría que el protocolo que siguieron fue bastante malo .Quizás por cómo está diseñado el sistema de salud de este centro , pero hubo ausencia de un médico guía y nos sentimos abandonados en el proceso . Se demoraban en responder cuando teníamos alguna duda o problema médico o cuando necesitábamos una orientación médica . El centro Sylvester se vende como una institución que personaliza el tratamiento y nada más lejos de la verdad . Mi esposo ha muerto el jueves 17 de febrero y hoy 24 de febrero acaba de llegarnos una cita para dentro dos semanas . Es tan difícil ocuparse de llamar para saber de un paciente ,Cuando trabajan con un staff tan grandes de enfermeras ? . Somos números $ no personas .

The experience started out good, BUT DON'T USE COVID_ 19 AS AN EXCUSE NOT TO PHYSICALLY SEE YOUR PATIENT IN THE OFFICE!!! DONT PUT IT ON THE NURSE OR PRACTIONER TO DO YOUR JOB AS AN M.D!!! AT THE END OF THE DAY DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND RESEARCH!!!!

Treated my husband on a clinical trial and when everything went wrong with the side effects on his liver, Dr. Merchan nor any of his staff contacted us to explain that the adverse reaction to the trial would cut his life shorter... hospitalized on April 2-4, 2020, discharged on April 4th to passed away on April 17th due to complications of the liver. Never even called to offer us their condolences... My husband was just a number to the medical trial.

This doctor goes above and beyond for his patients he's the principal investigator in my trial and has walked me through all side effects and has given me many options and excellent care.
