Dr. Davenport has great bedside manners. My review does not reflect the doctor or the appointment center. My review directly reflects the lack of helpfulness, communication, and follow-through with his office. I was wrongly billed for 2 BDx monitors when I should've been charged for 1 as the first one I wore was faulty. His office has not helped me in resolving this. I was told by BDx Solutions that Dr. Davenport's office needed to speak with the sales rep of BDX Solution to put in a claim for the faulty monitor so it could be removed from my bill. I called Dr. Davenport's office and told them about the faulty bill and what BDx Solutions said as a course of action to correct it - Dr. Davenport's office needed to file a claim with the sales rep. Dr. Davenports office told me I needed to speak with the sales representative (this should be handled by the Doctor's back office - not a patient) but wouldn't share the sales rep's information and instead told me I would get a call from the sales rep. I never received a call. I have been dealing with this for several months now with no help from the Doctor's office or updates from them on the status of resolving this. As a patient, you should not have to deal with the stress of hunting down a sales rep of a medical device company for a bill to be corrected over a faulty device. That's what a doctor's back office and support are for. My responsibility as a patient is to make my appointments, show up, and pay my bills. That's it. It is not my job to hunt down device providers my Doctor chooses to use to correct a bill so I can pay it. This has been going on since February. It is now June 28th and still no updates or help.
