First time I went to see the Dermatologist Dr. Jany Sanchez, I waited 2 hours after my appointment time for the Doctor to see me for 2 minutes. I needed to see the Dermatoloist again, and arrive before my appointment time, I waited 45 minutes and was not called. I couldn't wait another 2 hours today so I left. Wouldn't recommend this office if you are on a tight schedule.

Absolutely disappointing experience. Dr. Jany Sanchez's professionalism leaves much to be desired. I've endured over three weeks of waiting just to request a simple medication change, and her response was nothing short of frustrating. Instead of addressing my concern, she nonchalantly insisted that I schedule another appointment. This level of disregard for patients' time and needs is truly disheartening. My expectations were certainly not met, and I'm left questioning the quality of care at this establishment.

Que horror! me fui sin poder ver a la doctora. El doble de citas que sillas , mas de 10 personas de pie. La decoracion de la sala de espera parce que viajaste atras en el tiempo, olor a viejo incluido. No recomiendo ese lugar.

Fui a un Appointment con la Dra. Sanchez y habia pacientes hasta en el pasillo no había donde sentarse, demasiada gente a la misma hora, había gente que estaba 3 horas esperando, espere 1 hora y me fui, sin ser atendida. Pésimo servicio

Es lamentable el tiempo de espera, segunda vez que vengo a esta oficina y de nada sirve tu cita. Demoran 3 horas en atenderte y al momento de atenderte la doctora se demora 2 minutos. La doctora solo te ve de lejos y te da un diagnóstico, incapaz de revisar tu piel. Segunda visita por el mismo problema e igual no le ponen empeño en revisarte.

Muy mala atención, reservas una cita para una hora y atienden a la hora que ellos quieren. Muchos pacientes, poco espacio ,un calor horrible. Muy mala experiencia.
