Recently my doctor retired, so I transferred to Dr. Parra. He is a very good doctor. Listens and explains all that is happening to provide a good solution to the issue (if any). Checking in was excellent.

I was so impressed with Dr. Parra when I had my outpatient colonoscopy and endoscopy. He was punctual, thorough in his explanation of the procedure and more than that, he was personable and caring. He held my hand as I was going under and gave me every assurance that everything was going to be ok. He came to me afterward and explained the findings. He made a scary experience become a relaxing one. I'm so thankful for him and the nurses that took care of him. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the level of attention and information requested by all showed how important the patient truly is. Dr Parra was aware as to I was, and had information as to my health issues.

Awful, it takes a month after the procedure to gets the results and you have to keep calling and wait for the results. Billing dept takes your money even though the insurance had covered the doctor visit.They don’t even call you to let you know that you have a reimbursement. Very unprofessional .
