Don’t waste time with this Dr and his staff the worse I have ever seen very low standards of care .

Horrible Service, Staff at the front desk are extremely rude and talk to patients in a condesending tone. If trying to call they will try to hang up as fast as possible. Cristina Carey was the front desk reciptonist who attended me was especially rude over the phone. Receiptionist are unfortunetly the middle man between the patient and the doctor and without good communication nothing can be resolved. Seek help somewhere else. 1/5

Worst service ever. They never answer their phones, when they do they’re rude. He might be a good doctor but his staff needs to either be replaced or retrained. Expect long wait times when calling them. I will continue giving bad reviews whenever I can and start looking for another doctor with a better and more professional staff.

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I found Dr. Sobrado and his staff to be very professional. The Dr. was very informative and took a true interest in my condition that I had explained to him. I went to the office for my first visit I was nervous, but I was made very comfortable . He took the time I felt was needed to fully explain what he needed to do and what I needed to do. Dr.'s are truly doing the best they can. I believe its the insurance rules and regulations that dictate what and how Dr.'s can treat patients needs.

Dr. Sobrado has great bedside manner. He has a very busy practice but that is a good thing. I'd be more skeptical if the practice was always empty of patients. Wait time is the average for any miami office of any specialty 30 mins -3 hrs. I find that the staff can become a bit annoyed never by me :) but there are patients that come in with with entitlement and feel that their medical situation is above everyone else's in the office and they don't have to wait. So i can understand if they come off as aggressive when the patient doesn't want to listen. Over all the staff is great and should be respected like any other customer service individual .

5 years ago, he gave me 3 minutes consultation, never look my face for 10 seconds, he adviced me a non fodmap diet, i asked about it and he told me to search on internet and turn his body to rush to the next room. Disappointed. I never forgot that, now good chance to leave a feedback seeing many others with the same complain. Thanks.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. My father went in thru emergency on a Friday afternoon throwing up blood and after running test and getting a diagnosis of a bleeding ulcer they put a call in for him to come see him. He sent someone else on Sunday and came to do the procedure on Monday. When the procedure was done we were waiting for him to come out and let us know the results and he never showed. When they called him his answer was that his office was full of patients and he did not have time to waste on us. And the only orders he left was for him to follow up with him in 7 days.

ME HIZO, OCASIONÁNDOME UNA HEMORRAGIA INTERNA LA CUAL ME DEJO ANÉMICA Y HUBO QUE PONERME DOS UNIDADES DE SANGRE, PLUS ANTIBIÓTICOS , AÚN ESTOY TRATANDO DE RECUPERARME DE LO OCASIONADO ...

They dont respect customers. Waiting time more than 2:30hr. This is the second time. This medical office looks like a factory...
