Jayanth Sridhar's Online Review Report Card

In Jan 2023 I had an appt w/ Dr. Sridhar. After waiting over 3+ hrs the staff told a full waiting rm that he was in Surgery and you can either wait or reschedule. I rescheduled with another Dr. Yet Dr. Sridhar billed me for services he did not perform. He billed me for seeing him which I never did. I was billed for the Tech visit, and imagining which probably shouldn't have been done w/o seeing a Dr. but I paid those. However since contesting the charge of seeing Dr. Sridhar UHealth has used delay tactic after delay tactic instead of resolving my case and now nearly 6 months later they are sending me emails telling me they're sending my bill to collections. Also since contesting the charge other charges have mysteriously appeared on my chart completely unrelated to visits from as far back as 2021. Completely messy, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

Dr Sridhar listens to your inquiries with a lot of interest and attention. Answer all questions, and explain in details what we must know about our issue. Also, he is very knowledgeable. His reputation at his major field is internationally recognized, this is the reason I wanted to see him. When I left his office, my feeling was that I finally could find a doctor who understands me as a human being and patient. I am very thankful.

I am lost for words right now. Just called to schedule an appointment only to find out Dr. Sridhar is no longer with Bascom Palmer. I have never meet a doctor that was so awesome he's the only 1 trusted to care for my eyes. He was so personable, caring, understanding and well skilled. I will not stop until I find his new location...he's definitely worth the travel.

He is truly the best Opthalmologist my family have ever had. He is personable, great at explaining things, respectful and understanding of different cultures, so kind and professional. I wish I can make him my PCP, my GYN; whatever specialist I need because doctors like him are extremely rare. You can tell he loves what he does and he love serving others. I was sad to hear that he is no longer in Florida. Wherever he lands they are blessed to have him.

No words to express my gratitude to Dr. Sridhar. He is the most thoughtful, caring, patient doctor I have ever met. He treated my dad and family just like his own family. God bless him.💓

Dr. Jayanth Sridhar is the best doctor in Florida.

I was diagnosed with a detached retina by another doctor, so my first experience with Dr. Sridhar was at the time of surgery the next day. I was awake, but sedated for the procedure so I could hear everything that was going on. I knew the procedure was going to be long and complicated and was really anxious about the surgery, but hearing the calmness and competence in Dr. Sridhar's voice was reassuring. The surgery went well and he was great afterwards explaining what was done.

I was diagnosed with a retinal detachment and no one would operate on me during a holiday. Dr. Sridhar came in, put me at ease immediately, gave me a very reassuring and organized honest assessment of the situation, and took care of my eye. Everything he said about the healing process was accurate and I am thankful for my vision. He always makes time for his patients and is extremely responsive to direct email. The only tip I would give is to call directly to his assistant at 305-326-6124.
