Jeffrey Epstein's Online Review Report Card

My experience with Dr. Epstein and his team was great! I had surgical hairline advancement surgery done. My surgery was done on a Friday and I stayed in the area until Monday in case of any complications. So far no complications and everything is looking wonderful! I am very happy with the results so far. The first pic is a before pic side shot. The second pic is the day of surgery with a few mark ups. The third pic is two days post op and the fourth pic is after a fresh washing and cleaning of the surgical site. The fifth and sixth pics are both 6 weeks post op. Small hairs have already started to regrow in some places…scarring is minimal! I barely see the fine line that was made to advance everything. The full regrow process will likely take a few more months. The results are amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Epstein and team!

This has been the best experience ever. Dr. Epstein and his team are the best. I have felt so pampered by them during both of my procesures. I met Dr. Epstein in 2019 when I got and eyebrow transplant surgery. I love how my eyebrows turned out and the shape Dr. Epstein helped me achieve. But, I still wanted a little touch up. I debated for a long time before deciding to finally do it. Before the day of my procedure, his staff made I have all the information I needed to have a smooth trip to Miami and to properly prepare for my procedure. The day of my procedure, I met with Dr. Epatein and we discussed what I wanted to archive this second time around. His attention to details and professionalism assured me that everything was going to be okay. His team was also very nice and made me feel very comfortable. After the procedure was done, they made sure I looked presentable for flight back home. I am so happy I finally went for my touch up and for getting and eyebrow transplant with Dr. Epstein. He really cares about his patients and his team are very professional and really care to help patients feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein and his team for an eyebrow transplant pecedure. They are the best!!.

Such an amazing experience! Dr. Esptein is so kind and attentive, and I’m so happy I trusted him to do a revision on a previous surgery by somebody else. His whole staff was so helpful, personable and considerate. They even held my hand during the revision which I really appreciated. I was the recipient of a terrible hair transplant in the 1980's. Over the years, numerous surgeons turned me away in my attempts to repair it. It was my good fortune to meet Dr Epstein a few years back He patiently explained my options and was successfully able to repair my hairline. Today I have a natural looking hairline and my self confidence is booming. Doctor Epstein is highly talented, professional, & courteous. I highly recommend him.

I had two hairline lowering surgery along with hair grafting. My last surgery I was suppose to receive PRP shot to aid with the grafting and regrowth of my hair. I did not receive it and it was paid for. The back of my hair which was the donor site grew back, however, I have bald spots in the front of my head. I have reach out to the office several times, they told my to send pictures which I did and no one ever replied. I wanted the surgery so I could stop wearing wigs and extensions because of my high forehead. Now I paid thousands of dollars to have bald spots in the front of my head and still wearing wigs and extensions! 6 years later and I’m still struggling with bald spots.

From the moment I spoke to the most friendliest staff, to my consultation I have been treated amazingly. Once, I met Dr. Jeffrey S. Epstein, he analyzed my case and told me I would be a great candidate for an eyebrow transplant. I was filled with joy. I couldn’t wait for the day that I could finally put behind my thin eyebrows (I had them wax when I was 14 years old and they never regrew) and my bad job of Microblading. Today that dream came true! The staff was beyond knowledgeable and attentive. I couldn’t be more grateful to be in their hands! Can’t wait for a speedy recovery and to finally enjoy my new eyebrows. This review is kind of hard for me to write because i researched dr Epstein for a LONG LONG time , since i was 17 and got my forehead reduction at 25 and always knew i would choose him for my procedure. I am not writing this review to alter anyones decision to go to him as a surgeon , i am simply writing my PERSONAL experience since it was such a life changing procedure for me. I am 8 months post op. I had a great experience with the staff from day one. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly towards me. Day of surgery I signed all paperwork and then finally Dr. Epstein came in to see me and looked at my forehead and told me how far down he could lower my hairline and though slighly disappointed , he told me we could change surgery to a different day and do a transplant instead but i said no and went through with the hairline lowering surgery as my mind was set even if it dont come out as low as i wanted , ( not his fault , simply dont have the most flexible scalp) I obviously dont blame him for that. Any who , probably spent a total of 4 minutes with him before i got sent in for the procedure. Woke up everything went well. Later that night i experienced extreme blurriness so my mom reached out and i was advised to go to hospital. I ended up falling asleep and woke up to the blurriness being gone so i went on about the day. Fast forward to taking bandage off , i seen my results and i was THRILLED. I loved it! Fast forward a week and stitches were removed. Okay so hair was gone around the incision and temple area which i didnt freak out about at first because I mean i just had surgery and i kind of expected ... UNTIL it got worse and worse and worse. I reached out to the dr and he told me only 5 percent of people get hair loss and none of his patients have experienced it. Then told me he was getting on a plane and he would reach out next day. Never did. I reached out to his office and they sent me for blood work. Ferritin was low so they told me to take the vitiamins L-Lysine and recommended nutrafol which i took both. They also told me i have telogen effluvuim. I asked how bad was this going to be and was told it wouldn’t ldnt get bad but they were wrong. You can see my whole hairline missing and my scalp is see thru in many areas. I wish i knew something like this could of happened so i could of prepared mentally to go through this. Anybody can just say its hair but hair is apart of most people's confidence so it's very hard to watch your hair fall out and get thinner and thinner beyond your control. The staff seemed a bit annoyed of me reaching out about this concern and told me they would reach out later to see how i was doing and they never did. They just seemed bothered once the surgery is done with , its like they don’t care from that point on. I have learned to love the size of my forehead because it does look much better then before. Losing my hair like i am is just extremely hard and if you get this done just be aware it can happen to you as well. I wish they were a little more helpful for patients that experience this as well. I thought i would return for a small hair transplant to round everything out but with the aftercare experience I had , I dont think so. Ive rewatched some of his youtube videos for forehead reductions and now notice several woman have hair missing well behind there scar as well.

I had a brow transplant done and he left me with permanent brow scarring. As well, not much of the hair stayed, and there was only a small percentage of the hair left a year later. I would not recommend.
