Jeffrey Loman's Online Review Report Card

I brought my mom in for a visit with her primary care physician, Dr. Jeffrey A. Loman. M.D., just days after she had a major surgery. Her appointment was at 2:00pm. We arrived at 1:30pm to make sure we were on time. It is now 5:46pm, the doctor’s entire staff has left to enjoy their weekend and my mother, who has been feeling pain for hours sitting in the waiting room, has still not been seen by her physician. This is not only unacceptable, but also cruel on their behalf. If you have a choice, I highly recommend seeing another doctor. There is no reason for this and the entire office was acting as if this sort of treatment was business as usual. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Seems very Fraudulent. Turn stile operation with doctors thag have little knowledge and little patience. They allegedly will harass you and bill you for items the insurance covers. They also allegedly bill the insurance for services not provided Wish I could give ZEROOOOO stars these people suck

I looove Dr Loman. I hate going to Doctors, but I actually look forward to seeing him. He’s so kind and caring. He really listens to you and goes out of his way to help you out with anything you need I’ve never met a Dr like him and as long as he’s in practice he will be my doctor. Yes, you’ll have to wait to be seen, because he takes his time with his patients making sure he addresses everything, but that is one of the things that makes him the best. If you want speedy visits pick someone else. If you want a great Dr who really cares, pick Dr Loman. By the way, his staff is great, they are just a busy practice.

Dr. Loman is a terrific and caring doctor. His staff is a completely different thing altogether. God forbid if you need a refill and Dr. Loman is unavailable to send it personally. In the 20 years I've been coming here I've yet to get a single successful refil when I'm left in the collosal incompetent hands of Clara (Clarita). Despite a slew of messages (timed) a day a part I've NEVER gotten a callback and I wind up having to make a new appointment to see Dr. Loman face to face. Otherwise, it's good faith medical services (faith I won't need the medication or faith I can stretch it out long enough to make it). Dr. Loman is an angel and unfortunately, his staff is terrible. They would greatly improve morale if the person in charge of refills (Clarita) would be employed elsewhere cause it's frustrating to have your health in the hands of someone unable to follow-up or actually do anything related to actual work.

every month they charge me $5 for a visit that was back in March, (haven’t gone since then). I have been trying to call for the past 2 weeks to pay for it and always get an answering machine. I’ll have to try again tomorrow to see if they answer… staff never answers the phone and even in person the wait time is very long. I’ll have to find a new doctor that hopefully has a better, more attentive staff. Sorry to Doctor Loman as he is a great doctor but I cannot deal with the staff. I’d avoid this place unless you like answering machines and long wait times.

My fave doc! I find that most doctors are stuck in doing things per the status quo and are not open to new research or understanding. That is not the case with Dr. Loman. Plus, he is incredibly kind and sweet. I wish the visits didn't take so long, but I'm happy to go there.

Dr Loman has been my doctor for over 30 years. He's more like family than a doctor. He is amazing with his patients. If your doctor treats you like a number instead of a person, it's time to change and sit with a doctor that really cares about his patients. Highly recommend Dr. Loma.

Amazing Doctor. Will spend an Hour or more with patients and he will call you to follow up. Your care is priority with him. His Diagnosis ability is ! Dr. Loman is a first class professional. This type of doctor is very difficult to find. With out hesitation I would highly recommend him.
