Mr. Feldman and Mid-Maryland Title Company were extremely helpful and accommodating in working with me to accomplish a tight schedule real estate purchase. Mr. Feldman, very graciously, reviewed a complex real estate purchase agreement for me on a "same day" basis. He then took great pains to not only thoroughly discuss every clause in the contract but also highly some pros and cons in the contract. His title company, Mid-Maryland Title Company then worked very closely with me and my financial reps to help us meet a very tight closing date. I will absolutely turn to Mr. Feldman and Mid-Maryland Title Company for any future real estate transactions.
