List of Jill Waibel's Reviews
Yes, the wait times are long, but I think based on the quality of Dr. Waibel’s work (at least with respect to laser scar revision), the wait is worth it. I’ve had two different scars treated by Dr. Waibel and I’m thrilled to report that both scars have healed in a spectacular manner such that they are largely unnoticeable now. One of these scars was on my chest in a highly visible area and I was self conscious about wearing open shirts and bikini tops because of it, but luckily now I won’t have these concerns any longer. Dr. Waibel is a talented physician when it comes to scar revision and I am so grateful that she helped rid me of my scars. I will also add that I’ve also had hyperpigmentation on my lip addressed by Dr. Waibel and had great results there too — she was able to completely remove two large sun spots on my upper lip.
Great Dr, and always good clinical treatment. However, every appointment I arrive 30-60 min early, and still wait 30-60 min after my appointment time to see the Dr. Would be nice for the scheduling to respect my time, as much as I respect theirs.
Dr Weibel is excellent. Brilliant. I highly recommend.
This used to be a good dermatology practice but it has REALLY GONE DOWNHILL!! All the good doctors have left. The wait times are terrible and when you finally get in they don’t listen. I’ve been trying to get some medication for a painful skin rash. When they prescribe something my insurance won’t approve and I try to get something else I get the run around. They don’t care about the patients.
I Waited 5 months for an appointment then 3 hours in the office. When I finally saw Dr Waibel she was in such a rush that she spent 3 minutes with me and was still talking as she walked to the door to leave. I had to say Wait I have questions! She answered them quickly while still half out the door. Very rushed and her answers contradicted what she told me last year
I've been a patient of Dr. Waibel for several years and have referred many patients. However, due to a complete disregard for patient's wait time, I will be seeking another provider. My appointment time was scheduled for 11am and after waiting for over 2 hours and told numerous times, I was "next and it will only be 5-10 more minutes"...only to learn there were 4 more patients ahead of me. If someone would of kindly mentioned this from the beginning, I would of re-scheduled. As the nurse administrator for a surgical center, this is completely unacceptable in our practice. Patient satisfaction is of utmost importance. There is no regard for patient's time and satisfaction at this office.
I went to Dr. Waibel for laser treatment for sun spots and was very happy with results. Her office staff was nice. However, I did fillers and after paying $925 I was extremely unhappy with the results. After 3 weeks I went back and she was going to charge me another $925. Unfortunately, there was no change in my appearance (frown lines). I found it very offensive that an additional $925 was going to be charged. I refused treatment and have now redone my fillers elsewhere and have seen amazing results.
I love dr Jill she amazing
I am so disappointed in Dr Waibel. I have been to see her twice before and every time the wait was for more than 2 to 3 hours! Yes you need to have a lot of patience and the wait can even be more than that sometimes. To top it off, every time you come for a visit, you are told that you need a different procedure and / or an additional treatment. These recommendations are usually given to you by Dr Waibel's nurse assistant, based on pictures taken and even before the doctor sees you, because she's way too busy. It's a real money pit and be prepared to lose 4 to 5 hours every time, between reception and treatment... On my third and what would be my last appointment visit, I made sure to schedule it as the last patient for the day but after waiting over two and half hours ( an hour in the reception area and an hour and half in the waiting cubicle, after my pictures were taken) I decided to just leave and never come back. This sort of utter disrespect to the patient is not necessary at all and no doctor is worth waiting for over two to three hours, no matter how good!
Dr. Waibel is the best. Try to go in early as the wait time can be long. She’s worth the wait.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
