This office is very Rude and unprofessional.. i Today when I called I spoke with Maria Trato. She was very rude and unprofessional. I could not even finish asking my question because she interuppted me several times and raised her voice. There was no pelvic exam and no measurements of my baby .My OB panel was not done because Maria said that I told her it was too expensive. Dr. Ayala nor Maria Trato even told me about the OB panel or how much it cost. Only thing I was told was about the genetics testing that would cost almost $1000 and I paid for that out of my pocket. Its very sad that this is my first pregnancy and this had to be my experience. Glad I left at 16 weeks.

Dr. John Ayala is the best OBGYN he delivered my 2 girls over 6 years ago and he was amazing!!! Always available to answer any questions and always had a smile!!! He remembers all his clients even yrs after delivery!!! Just an amazing dr.

Al señor Ayala se le puede llamar por cualquier nombre menos Doctor… mejor veterinario…..le hizo 2 interrupciones a mi esposa y en ninguno de los 2 le mando un ultrasonido…. Ella con dolores y le decía q era normal q era q le iba a bajar el periodo y eso nunca paso… hasta q después de un 1 mes de la 2 interrupción termino de expulsarlo por si sola en la casa …… llamaba a las enfermeras y no le devolvían las llamadas … todo un mal trabajo del doctor…..y créeme lo q le cuento es poco. …. No se lo recomendaría nunca …. Mr. Ayala can be called by any name except Doctor... better veterinarian... he made 2 interruptions to my wife and in neither of the 2 did he send her an ultrasound.... She was in pain and told him that it was normal that her period was going to stop and that never happened… until after 1 month of the 2 interruption she finished expelling him by herself at home… she called the nurses and They didn't return his calls... all the doctor's bad work... and believe me what I tell you is little. …. He would never recommend it...

This one star is awarded to the front desk person not showing concern for the safety of their patients and not Dr. Ayala himself. How dare you let a coughing person remain in your waiting room!! Ignoring and disregarding the concerns of expectant women visiting your office. Do better.
