The doctor is excellent as well as Dr Jenny Sanchez his wife But the front desk, those little girls, behave like the own the place Bad attitude They don’t give messages to the doctor they are nasty bunch And this is not once but lots , periodically Sometimes they don’t answer the phones and if they do, to make an appointment with Dr Citron takes so much effort that it is just discouraging I feel bad for them Maybe is family in the front desk Who knows what is the deal I may have to change Drs and that’s a shame

Unfortunately I can’t rate the doctor and his horrible staff! The doctor is beyond great but I can only imagine how much money he’s lost thanks to his front office staff. I live in Kendall for the past 35 years so I’m clearly aware of the discrimination that the Hispanic community feels privileged to when dealing with non Spanish speakers. I don’t play about my respect because I respect all. I’ve waited 4 weeks, 10 calls, 4 voicemails and “Cherry on the icing” been hung up on 3x to get a prior authorization and it wasn’t the doctors fault; it’s his rude, discriminatory staff at the Miami location. I had to call the homestead office for assistance 3x. I pay way too much in health insurance to beg anyone to do their job! I wish the doctor could start a new staff because he’s truly amazing!

En esta oficina atiendo a mis padres con el Dr Cintron, muy amable, su trato cordial y respetuoso hace que me sienta segura con dicha atencion, mis padres tiene 91 y 89 anos y se compenetran muy bien con el Dr, nos explica todo con paciencia y profesionalismo. Su personal de oficina muy amable , Definitivamente recomendaria al Dr Cintron , es muy paciente,comprensivo y amable.
