What a wonderful doctor. I schedule my procedure online super easy. I was a bit scare but he took his time to explain everything on detail. Procedure lasted 30 minutes, all in a professional enviroment. The office staff was amazing too. Overall I am very please with Dr Hoover.

I really like Dr hoover and the front desk is nice but this is the 2nd time I've waited an hour after my appointment to be seen. It's clear people are triple booked. It's disrespectful to knowingly waste people's time and I super don't appreciate it. A few minutes, sure, but an hour? Not ok. The parking is also a hot mess express.

Each appointment they make you wait over an hour past to see the DR. It's so rude. Triple booked for sure. Parking is difficult.

I like dr hoover but each time I see him I wait over an hour past my appointment time to be seen by him bc they are triple booked. It's very rude! No one even apologized and I watched the woman take every person in the waiting room when I was told I was next. Most likely won't return.

Moved to Miami a few years ago. Have been searching for a new primary care physician. I have been to Dr. Hoover's office 3 times in the past 2 years. Every time I have visited, I felt like I was being rushed out of there. Treated like another number, basically. Definitely lacking "genuine" concern for my well being. I will continue my search for a new doctor.
