John Hoyes's Online Review Report Card

I have been trying to set up an appointment for 2 weeks and everytime I call the office is closed and I get an answering service stating this. Extremely irresponsible especially when you are dealing with people's health.

On time, caring

If you care about you or your loved ones health you really should find another doctor. He's very BASIC, should be working at an urgent care. Yes, he has good bedside manner. However, his lack of knowledge put my mother in the hospital after telling her she should get off the medication a reputable doctor put her on to avoid the infections she now has. Know your patients history, and most importantly know what you're talking about before making such a TERRIBLE PROFESSIONAL OPINION.

Lack of knowledge. If you have a serious problem seek a different doctor. Dr. Hoyes isn't the one to give good advice.

Quick and to the point. I went in with some severe stomach pain and he quickly diagnosed me accurately with appendicitis. Thankful for this Dr! Use him regularly now and have to say it’s always stress free.

Really Nice but negative very routine does not go outside the box to think , but not enough education or up to date information on new Medical treatments , I appreciate they took me in right away but , not enough to keep going , the poor assistant does good in drawing blood , I went on an emergency and i'm glad to have been taken care of , but non of my real concerns were answered on the contrary I was told there was no cure while 100 percent of all other Doctors I researched my Condition with said Yes and told me about treatment options. not this Doc he asks and what now lol about what other Docs say , expect to run around alot and do alot of things you don't need to right away not bad but no not the Best sorry I need an upgrade, i had to eventually call my Insurance for unethical practices and criticizing other Doctors and referring me to Doctors who are actually from the same school he went to , I got real skeptic on this place and the lack of technology and knowledge I had to find my own therapy and treatment I wish them better luck in the near future on how much personal information they ask for that it is not required due to Patient Privacy ACT

Dr Hoyes is the gold standard of family medicine, extremely knowledgeable, and caring. Dr Hoyes is an outstanding human being. Aside from his excellent medical service to myself, he has cared for me in a thorough and thoughtful manner. His nurse and staff are very professional. I recommend Dr Hoyes to everyone who is looking for top notch quality care.

I have been seeing Dr. Hoyes for about seven years. He is patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Anna is an absolute angel, and has helped me in some trying moments when I had strep throat as a single mom. Every step of the way, for the past seven years, I have been able to lean on my doctor. Without his help and coaching, I would not be where I am today. He’s great!

Really believe Doctors should carefully choose the people who represent them even when it comes on answering the phone and providing service to the customers, why do people in Southflorida always act as if they were doing you a favor! The stuff is extremely rude, negligent and that unfortunately talks about how things are handle inside the office, and discrepancies are the last thing you want to have when it comes to your health , do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Dr. Hoyes is excellent, but his wife, who is the receptionist is rude, unprofessional and not at all helpful. I’m finding another doctor because of the way she treated me.
