Regarding Dr. Baumgard: Would have given zero stars if possible! Horrible! Extremely unprofessional despite being very knowledgeable. I have to constantly be calling the doctor’s office to remind them to send my baby’s prescription to the pharmacy. Meanwhile, I have my newborn crying for hours. I have had to drive with my newborn back to their office which is far from my home to get a paper prescription because they never follow thru. Also, when I ask to speak with doctor’s assistant, they have me on hold for 20 mins and she still doesn’t come to the phone. Worst experience ever, and I have an 18 year old and a 12 year old. Never had these problems at other offices. Dr. Danette Torres is phenomenal. Only left her office because I moved. I’m going to have to leave this doctor’s office and take my business elsewhere. Enough is enough...he is probably about to retire so he doesn’t care about the lack of quality service being provided.

Never get my newborn’s prescriptions sent to pharmacy as promised on time. I have to be constantly calling the office to remind them. I eventually end up driving back to the office to pick up a paper prescription when I feel I can’t wait any longer. Also, I am unable to get Dr. or his assistant on the phone. Ever! Only able to speak with receptionist.

Dr. Baumgard has our vote hands down! He has always listened to our concerns intelntly, giving reassuring advice and precautions. He is easy going but observant. We have been going to him since our daughters birth five years ago and haven’t regretted it. It’s close, convenient, staff are all attentive and professional. It is a busy office yet the wait is usually reasonable. We recommend Dr. Baumgard.

I wouldn't trust my princess to anyone else. Dr. Baumgard is an excellent EXCELLENT doctor. Office staff and nurses are phenomenal as well.

I was looking for contact information on Dr. Baumgard and stumbled across this site. He has been our ONE and ONLY pediatrician since our children were born 22 yrs ago. Our 20 yr old STILL sees Dr. Baumgard and will miss him after next year. Yes, the practice has changed, it has become a factory since 1991 however, hasn't that been the case with most other medical offices? I've waited 2 - 3 hrs to see an ENT myself. Dr. Baumgard has ALWAYS accurately diagnosed my children, and has ALWAYS fit them in, even when fully booked. He has been caring, courteous, professional and thorough. I may not like the practice, but I take the good with the bad and have continued to go there because of DR. BAUMGARD!

Told me I probably had diabetes based on a half-baked physical. Had to fight with the entire doctor's office to get my OWN prescription. RUSHED ME TO THE POINT THAT IT WAS DISRESPECTFUL. Condescending receptionist ladies.
