Overall my experience here is very mediocre. The front desk is very nice especially the girl that was there this Friday. My new doctor imana (sorry if i misspelled) is amazing the sweetest and very understanding nurse which is very rare especially with the previous female doctors I’ve had here that sorry for my language but have been trash and un professional. Isabel is also the best she was super nice and caring yet the nurse on Fridays Alberto is rude entitled, not helpful doesn’t show that he cares for the patient and has attitude when I simply haven’t even given attitude or been a disgruntled patient once. Definitely makes me not want to come to the clinic again. I usually see myself as a very patient and understanding person especially when it comes to medical offices but this guy sure knows how to push your buttons.

I saw the nurse practitioner Jessica for my appt. I’m 7 weeks pregnant and asking for prenatals that she can’t prescribe to me because she’s unaware of the measurements of folic acid. That’s ridiculous! 7 weeks and nothing not even when I went to confirm my pregnancy she didn’t even give prenatals. It’s frustrating when she can’t even recommend me any prenatals over the counter except folic acid.

Dr fox is amazing!! He really makes me feel comfortable each time I have to go in for an office visit. He listens, understands, and is extremely helpful! Moving down I was very concerned with finding a doctor and I am so thankful I found him. Best doctor!! Does his job and cares for his patients. So important now a days.

My experience was great. DR. J. Fox always listens to your concerns. Likes to run tests BEFORE giving a concrete diagnosis. Is not on his phone like many Doctors are. He always seems genuine in his caring of patients.

dr. John is a wonderful doctor he alway do his best to help you in any way he can and making sure that you get well, especially when he deals with the kids . we love this guy been with him for 15 years and wouldn't change him great family doctor 😊😊
