Extremely disappointed. Drove over an hour to see Dr. Keri on a day when my daughter wouldn't have to miss school. Had us waiting over an hour. Unacceptable.

There is no better dermatologist than Dr Keri. I have visited 7 different derms in Miami and she is the only one that has sat down with me, reviewed my current skincare routine, informed me on what is good/not good to be using for my skin type, informed me on their ingredients, and helped me find products that would not break my bank account. She is thorough, kind, and truly cares about how you feel about your skin. She educates her patients, is eager to discuss your process, and does not try to sell you her own products (which I personally have never experienced before). I’m sad that I’m moving because finding another derm like her will be hard. She is worth visiting!!!

Dr Keri is a kind, knowledgeable, Dr. She has been my dermatologist for over 10 years. I send my children to her and feel that they get great care. Please use Dr Keri if you need a dermatologist. You will not be sorry ??She also has a great office staff. U of M hit the jackpot ??

Dr. Keri observes and listens closely during her exam. At the same time she is kind and gentle and very positive. It is easy to feel optimistic about your treatment and outcome .

I am 71 years old and she is one of the best doctors I have ever seen in my lifetime. She is extremely professional, great bedside friendly manner and takes a real interest in her patients. I highly recommend her. My entire family sees her and we all have the same wonderful opinion of Dr. Keri.

Dr. Keri is great but her office staff is a nightmare. I've been calling for 3 weeks and left multiple messages regarding them sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. They never answer or return calls. I had to call the main Uhealth number, and the operator had to call within the UM network for them to finally pickup-they ignore calls outside of the network. Dr. Keri is incredible but without a reliable staff how can you be confident that you will be taken care of as a patient? Very disappointing!

I frequent her office at the University of Miami Hospital. Dr. Keri and her team are professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and have the personal touch when it comes to their patients. Because of insurance issues, I visited a few physicians on my health plan prior to becoming Dr. Keri's patient. I received nowhere near the care with those other physicians that I do with Dr. Keri.
