Llevo anos en esta oficina y no tengo ninguna queja de ella. He tenido consultas de telehealth o video llamadas con ambos Doctores y como toda oficina medica espero para que me llamen. La espera no es mas de 30 minutos. Los Doctores trabajan en la oficina y entre paciente y paciente hacen sus llamadas. No estoy de acuerdo con la paciente que escribio ayer. (Lilia). Gracias Dr Orozco, Dr Barcenas y Dr Martinez y a todo su equipo!!!!!

My husband and I have going to this doctor for 3 years already and we're done with them. They only care about payments and nothing else. They do not respect your appointment time and they even don't bother on calling you to let you know the doctor is behind with other patients. You have to call them like 15 times in order for them to take your call.

I was extremely disappointed with this office. By recommendation I was supposed to see Dr. Orozco and ended up seeing a Nurse Practitioner. The office is under Dr. Barcenas name, but He doesn’t see patients. In other words I had to wait a long time to see a Nurse Practitioner, the staff does not collaborate at all and overall service wasn’t good. I dont recommend this office to anybody, there are too many offices willing to offer a good service.
