Estoy totalmente decepcionada me cambie de medico en julio todo bien al inicio me mando labs y que regresars en 3 semanas...llegaron las 3 semanas después y que el dr no estaría disponible a la siguiente semana que estarían en capacitación por cambio del sistema la próxima siguiente me llaman que aun no tenían la historia de cada paciente en el sistema hoy estamos en 30 de agosto y no he pasado la consulta para ver mis resultados no tengo mis pastillas de la presión y aun no tengo cita .... y mis laboratorios todos alterados llame pedí mis pastillas pedí mi cita y aun nada es increible

Jaqueline Ramirez was very informative great energy and you can feel that she wants the best for her patients. I only can say amazing things

I’ve been seeing Dr. Loredo for about 5 years, and he’s always been friendly and knowledgeable. It has always been easy to make and keep appointments or to reschedule if I need to. I also like that I can do blood work onsite for $20 as I appreciate the convenience of not having to drive to another lab. I also appreciate the convenience of having my pap smear / women’s exams done in the same office with Dr. Ramírez. Even though the women’s exams are only scheduled once a week, I find it very easy & convenient to have two of my important doctors as part of the same team. I have always had positive, professional, and professional experiences with all of the admin and office staff and nurses at Dr. Loredo’s office.

Worst practice ever, I repeat DO NOT even attempt to schedule an appointment with them, everyone there including the office manager, are extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and treat patients as if your gonna be seen for free, they seem to forget that thanks to costumers like myself they get to eat and pay their bills, they have rescheduled every appointment I had scheduled with them, I decided to give them a second chance after the many disappointments Ive had with them already, I was in the middle of scheduling an appointment when I was told that the manager wanted me to know I had to keep my appointment otherwise I wouldn't be able to schedule any more appointments with them, when the whole time the ones that would rescheduled my appointments were them, Im in the health industry myself their attitude towards the patients is unacceptable they won't even let you talk, the receptionist talks over you, I feel bad for the doctor his office will not ever thrive with people like working there, I really hope the doctor sees this review and does something about his horrible staff

Worst experience ever. I talked today with the office manager named Maylin regarding an issue with one of their patients. She was very unprofessional, disrespectful. She even hang up on me. Don't go there! La peor experiencia de mi vida. Hoy hablé con la encargada de la oficina llamada Maylin sobre un problema con uno de sus pacientes. Ella fue muy poco profesional e irrespetuosa. Incluso me colgó el telefono. ¡No vayas allí!

PÉSIMO EL TRATO DE LAS ASISTENTES , TE DICEN LA MALA PALABRA Y LUEGO CUELGAN, PIENSAN QUE UNO NO SABE LO QUE ES LA LEY DE LA MEDICINA EN ÉSTE PAÍS, DEBERÍAN DE TRABAJAR CON COCODRILOS ESA ES SU ESPECIE NO LO RECOMIENDO, ESTAN AMARGADAS
