After visiting 4 MDs, Dr. Pardo was the one who was able to help me with occipital neuralgia. I suffered from severe headaches for over 10 weeks before getting to him.He was attentive, kind, and credible to help me with my problem.I highly recommend Dr. Pardo and the staff at First Choice Neurology.

I arrived early to the appt., wait to see him more than an hour. No explanation was given to me about the delay. The visit was totally disappointed and negative. IT is very easy to speak when it is not the other who has the pain.I didn't like this doctor at all.

This office staff is an embarassment to the health care profession. They only care about what insurance company you carry and don't care about which doctor referred them for treatment. The office manager and staff are rude and very unprofessional. They have no head on their shoulders or any regard to your well being. Total third world mentality!

Dr. Pardo is excellent. I felt safe and satisfied with the attention I received from him and his office, his qualities and the professional and humane way of his treatment. The office staff efficient and attentive.

July 18, 2018 This comment is NOT directed towards Dr. Pardo personally because I NEVER met him. However, I arrived approximately 30 minutes early and was still waiting WAY over an hour PAST my appoitment time. A total disregard for a patient’s waiting time without any explanation or apology is unacceptable. I am quite sure, if I had been over an hour late for the appointment, I would have been asked to reschedule.
