This is probably the most unprofessional office I’ve come across in a long time. Personnel answer the phone “HELLO”, extremely rude like they hate their life. When I asked if this was a doctors office the rep apparently didn’t like my question and hangs up on me. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. If this is how they approach newcomers then I can just imagine how they treat their patients BEWARE

I recommend this Dr ti anyone They are great Very professional , attentive, helpful , kind And go out if their way to help you and nake you feel like you are in wonderful hands. From the Dr to the assistant they are both wonderful.

Dr Birriel has shown high standards of professionalism, very caring attitude and courtesy attempting his best in helping a patient in my social services' case load during her time in Specialty Hospital of Miami. My patient is blessed for his attention and the excellent staff team of this Center. Thank you so much.

Dr. Birriel is a doctor with a heart. He cares about his patients and that his priority. He took my husband out of a respirator against all odds. The hospital was giving up and he fight for my husband to be able to leave to a rehab instead of another facility with a respirator. I am glad that Dr. Birriel took care of my husband Jose Menendez. This review is solely based on wait time to see the Doctor. My grandfather was given a 11am appointment time. After waiting an hour, I connected with the secretary/nurse/office manager (yes, she was doing it all) what the office policy was with appointment times. She advised that it was first come first serve. If you are a caretaker (son/daughter/grandkid) whatever, be ready to either rise and shine to arrive promptly when the office opens to get in quickly or prepare to wait ALL DAY.

Dr. Birriel is an exceptional doctor. He is by far the best! We moved out of state and still travel back to Florida so that he can continue seeing our little one. His staff is also amazing as well.
