I was not impressed by his knowledge and impersonal way to deal with patients. Two emails were sent whereby I informed the condition was persisting. After 5 days he contacted me and informed that he knew before hand that the treatment will not work. I inquired an alternative treatment or a referral, both of which were declined. I cannot and would not recommend this practitioner and question his professionalism and level of commitment with the patient, which in my case was NONE.

I was very surprised when I read the one-star review. I have been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez Zamora's for just a short time and I am truly impressed with his bedside manner and how efficiently he is able to communicate with his patients. He is very good about responding to emails! As a matter of fact, I have been able to communicate with him, even when he has been out of the country, regarding an issue with my prescription and insurance coverage!

I'm a patient at University of Miami Health System .I run out medication .Infectious Diseases department at UM (305-243-4598) had me without medication so far for five(5)days,the Dr. assistance's had tried to contact this Dr. Gonzales Zamora and he never had reply just to give a verbal approve to the pharmacy, from Monday to Friday that is today and the weekend that is coming I'll be out medication.so if this just for a medication ,what can I or you expect if there is something more serious ?.
