Great doctor but unfortunately the pay wall in front of him is pretty tall The doctor is truly a great doctor and has amazing bedside manner but the stuff needs a long look in a mirror. My mother contacted the office for them to fill out a document needed for her disability. The staff immediately starting coming up with excuses “oh, well you haven’t been here in a year” my mother had been in the office less than 5 months ago (during Covid). When the staff member realized she was wrong she follow up with another excuse. “Well, the doctor requested an MRI, which you haven’t completed” My mother has 3 fused vertebrae in her spine. What else do you think your going to get that the other Multiple MRIs haven’t shown you ? Each MRI $250 copay. People are unemployed and you ask for test that make so sense and than use it as an excuse to not help with filling out a 2 page questionnaire (that only Your specialist doctor can fill out) You know, it shows you don’t want to help. when you start coming up with excuses before you even have a patient chart in front of you. In the end. The stuff member at the doctor office told my mother. “Well I can’t guarantee anything, the doctor will be here on Tuesday”

Fui operado por el Dr Joy en el ano 2017 de 2 Hernias Discales y quede muy bien y el trato fue exelente.

I had the best care from the Dr..and in office personal..The Dr.joy explained everything and great bed side manor.

Vet friendly Dr. And staff..I recommend the Dr..Dr. Showed a lot of empathy professional, and. very straight forward.

Dr Joy is an exceptional doctor and an outstanding human being. I had a back surgery with him after spending several months in pain and now I feel amazing. My pain went away thanks to this Dr.

I had been in pain, every night I had to get of bed 2 or 3 times in pain with cramps, for to long, untill I met Dr Joy and it was like a miracle, after surgery that took over 9 hours I have feel any cramps at all after a month and a half of postoperation. I do have to be gratefull to Dr Joy and his team wich are the best around. I also have to mention the nurse Donna (RN) that was my guardian angel(shift 7pm to 7am)That was incredible taken care of me.. I really Appeciated her hard work and I will always be gratefull of her care.

1st call to a wierd voicemail, not returned, second call requested MRI results before appointment, sent, no response...called back and held on for 55 minutes, then faxed twice to please call. No return call Monday so I called and said what happened and said off the cuff, "oh we closed at 1". How about a message the office is closed, rather than someone will be with you shortly? She was rude about my holding, did not have MRI results, had to find and them and after all that said, "oh the Dr does not do surgery if you had a previous surgery...I said couldn't you ask that initially? Got a rude response. I would never use this DR. I can only imagine if this was pre or post surgery.

I haven’t sees the doctor. But I called his office three times because every time his personnel told me that they were going to call me back and they never did. Finally I was able to comunícate on the fourth time and I told them that I had been in the ER the past weekend and they referred me to him, I told them that I was in pain and they told me that the only way for the doctor to see me was that I had to bring him xrays and scan. I told the receptionist that Baptist ER did not perform any xrays. She said that that was the only way and for me so see my primary and them to call them. Which was going to take me over a month to see my primary doctor. I explained that I was in pain and they didn’t care. What upset me was that it took me to call them four days in a road just to get an answer . I wasted four days fir them to call me and never did . Very unprofessional staff.

Dr Joy is so kind and compassionate; he fixed my spine two times after injuries and was empathetic and also very direct and no nonsense in his approach. I recommend him highly; he is a super doctor
