I have not seen the doctor yet, but i am definitely not returning. Here are the reasons: 1. Outsourced phone customer service is horrible. Can't call office directly. 2. All appointment must be made online. 3. You need to fill out your medical history on your cellphone! 4. On the day I went, 2 other patients where turned away because of some kind of error in scheduling. 5. The called in and started my appointment (medical intake) on another patient because they called our very common first name and she went on in so all her info was being put in my file. 6. Labs were sent to their office 3 times because they kept saying they did not have them. 7. I made an appointment specifically with Dr. Martinez but never saw him, I saw a PA. 8. They cancelled my original appointment without calling me after I was driving in a storm for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I could go on.....basically just stay away from digestivemed Digestive Medical Associates

Dr.J.Martinez from my view as a former 2022 January patient was Supportive,Concern about Patients. He doesn't beat around. I am grateful that He handle the matter professionally. His Upfront desk Team was Polite,Fair,Cooperative. I would recommend any person with the Similar Conditions to Give Dr. J.Martinez's and His Team Office a Hospitality Call. Take Care, (Name Withheld,not publish) Not sure if Company accepts all Insurances.

Doctor doesn't care about you. I tried to contact for 3 weeks after endoscopy and never returned my call. I had a fructose test scheduled at 8:30 AM and the office staff knew the machine was not working the day prior (expecting to have it fixed the next day) and didn't call me to cancel my appointment until 30 minutes before. Mind you, I woke up at 5:30 to drink a can of coke for the test. Also cancelled my first appointinment 30 minutes before due to their computers not working. Rude and unhelpful staff, unreliable doctors visit appointments and a doctor who could care less about making sure you're okay and following up. Need I say more?!
