Jose Salvador Soza's Online Review Report Card

I absolutely love Dr. Soza! He is a great doctor with excellent bedside manners. He takes the time to speak to you during your visit, so you never feel rushed. The facilities are clean and accommodating. Plus, I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. I highly recommend him!

He is very thorough and takes his time with you. He doesn’t jumó to conclusions and studies your case as it should be. He explains and follows up. Kind and well mannered, very good bed side manners.

I recommend Dr. Soza, because he is the type of Doctor from old school, he has the patience to explain you step by step everything related to health (your health) at the beginning I had a bad experience making an appointment, but overall I love the attention from the entrance through the checkout. I recommend Dr. Soza to the family and friends. The only downside is that they are not doing labs at the office as of this week that will make me waste my time since I have to go to any lab for blood work.

I made an appointment with Dr. Soza who is also the primary care doctor for my parents. I requested an appointment since I need a clearance for a surgery that will take place in 2 weeks from now. I called today to verify the time of my appointment that WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TODAY and the person on the phone informed me that it was cancelled last week. Nobody emailed me to let me know that my URGENT appointment was cancelled. The secretary told me that they had called me but they had the wrong number.This is not the first time something like this happens. It happens very very very often and I am sorry for Dr. Soza who is unknowingly working with an inefficient staff.Now, my mom called yesterday to let them know that I no longer have insurance but that I was willing to pay all the costs of this visit as well as the required tests...is this the reason, not having an insurance, which caused the cancellation of my URGENT APPOINTMENT?This is very upsetting.I called the office again to try to understand why my appointment was cancelled and the useless staff was not able to explain the reason for my cancellation. It is CLEARLY because I DO NOT HAVE health insurance (but I have the money to pay). The secretary, Julie, went to ask Dr. Soza who was in fact AT the office to see if he could see me today but he did not want to. Dr. Soza is obviously very unethical and my parents will find another primary care doctor.

I saw him on 01/28/2020. he is very capable, explained everything to me in a simple manner which I understood, he spent time asking me about my health history and will see me again in 3 months. I am very satisfied with his care for me.

He took time listened to me first, then asked me about my health history, and explained all to me in a clear manner.

I make several calls to continue with medical treatment and this "doctor" never responded. One visit helped me to see what kind of medicine He practice

I love Dr. Soza! He really takes his time to get to know his patients. And he CARES!

Don't waste your time. Waited on phone forever to make an appointment, but then had a great experience with the staff and doctor in the office. However, there was a problem with the mail-in prescriptions they sent in not having instructions for how to take them so the pharmacy would NOT fill them. The pharmacy sent a fax back to the doctor requesting the information and never received a reply. I've now called the doctor's office three times requesting the information be provided and it has never been taken care of. If the doctor is too busy to take care of the patients he has he should not taking on more patients. I'll be seeking another doctor.
