Do not waist your time to go there . Not only you wait 2 hours he spent 5 min and try to push you to MRI that he has contacts in Ventura Blvd. No wonder you get get appointments in one week. No knowledge of ankle at all.

I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY TO CHOSE DR FERNANDEZ AS MY ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR BECAUSE IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE SINCE MY FIRST CONTACT WITH THE OFFICE TO REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT. CARLA TOOK CARE OF MY REQUEST WITH GREAT KINDNESS AND WAS ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ME IN A WAITING LIST. TWO DAYS LATER SHE CALLED ME TO ADVISE SHE WAS ABLE TO CONFIRM AN EARLY APPOINTMENT. THE NURSE THAT TOOK THE XR AND ROBERT THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT WERE SO UNBELIEVABLE TENDER AND LOVING. THEY BOTH SHOWED THEIR CONCERNS TO MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. FINALLY DR FERNANDEZ WAS AMAZING. HE TOOK ENOUGH TIME TO REVIEW MY MEDICAL REPORTS, TO EXPLAIN TO ME THE BEST CHOICES I HAD, EVEN GOING TO INTERNET TO SHOW ME PICTURES SO I COULD UNDERSTAND HIS EXPLANATION. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DR FERNANDEZ.

Hi I went to dr Fernandez for a knee problem First visit was perfect,no wait,doctor recommendations unique After MRI recomendations,took several weeks to get response,finally doctor Fernandez call me And I decided to do surgery,he told me her assistant will call me next day to schedule surgery... It took three weeks to receive a call,which I was not able to return,after I did,because of thankgiving holidays it took another two weeks to get answer from the office. I had to call another four times to speak to someone So I decided not to do surgery with someone doesnt care of a patient

I have been seen by Dr. Joseph Fernandez for years now. Dr. Fernandez is an excellent doctor and both of his Physician Assistants are very knowledgeable, well mannered and able to take care of your health. His staff is also kind and attentive. I have had four surgeries with Dr. Fernandez, all have been a success. I appreciate and have only gratitude for this Orthopedic group, who has shown me all kind of respect, honesty and diligent care. My husband ruptured his quadricep tendon. Dr.Fernandez and his staff treated him quickly and professionally. The entire experience was great and the surgery was a success. We highly recommend Miami Sports Medicine.

he's awesome...a f****** magician.....his motto should be "aint got time to bleed"...I went to UM and they were a bunch of clowns...Fernandez fixed me in 5 days what UM couldn't do in 5 months with injections and therapy....Fernandez is truly a wizard....

I took my wife to the clinic for a trochanter bursitis, which we diagnosed immediately, and correctly. It was treated by Dr. F. Hernandez who showed a high degree of professional competence, with the proper amount of humor. All in all it was an excellent experience. I come from a long line of doctors in my family, and I think I know a good care giver. I cannot more highly recomment this clinic and the doctors there. Jim Judge
